Customer Service is HORRIBLE -- delivered horrible equipment -- and then as I tried to follow-up, they would never call me back. I would not recommend them to anyone, friend or family!!

Not happy with this company for several reasons. The equipment was subpar. Had a prescription for an electric bed. They didn’t submit it to ins and I had to pay out of pocket. When they finally did submit it the prescription was expired. Everyone you talk to there says a different thing

Our guy was decent but we witnessed a man trying to purchase crutches and the lady didn’t help him AT ALL! My husband had to go over to help him set them up AND get out to the car!

My father’s hospice bed was delivered and set up by Dante. He was very professional and personable. Unfortunately, my father passed away before being moved to the bed. Dante returned to the same day to disassemble and take away the bed. We were very happy.

This is the company that we were set up with when my Grandmother was placed on hospice care. We received the bed & other equipment in a timely manner however, after her passing 4 days ago, the bed that she passed away in is STILL sitting in the living room. Working with a hospice company, you should have someone on call to take care of these things IMMEDIATELY. We have been forced to look at this bed as well as family & friends who have come to visit. This is absolutely unacceptable & I would never recommend this company to ANYONE. I am filing every type of complaint possible.

After having our grandmother pass and having her hospice bed in the house for days it was finally removed, a couple of days later we received a call asking if her supplies were delivered, while trying to explain that she had passed the previous week and their equipment was no longer at our home the service tech hung up the phone in the middle of it. Horrible customer service during a heartbreaking time for my family.

Been waiting over six months for replacement feeding pump and oxygen saturation monitor. Intake says they'll call back and don't. Factory says equipment is available, intake told me they aren't. Spoke to our insurance company today and they said they just got request for feeding pump, six months later.Ridiculous and frustrating.

Kate has been amazing with her follow through in getting the walker I needed for my husband. I understand working with Medicare is a challenge but she's been stellar. Because we now need bath aid products, I'm getting everything I can through Helget. Everything is done via phone with curb side pick up and mask wearing.

It's taken a month to get a medical bed they have several promised, and missed dates! If she debt recieve this bed since this is the only company her insurance covers they will be paying for any incurred medical issues due to the failure of the benefits manditoraly needed that this bed provides. I will be contacting a lawyer your staf will be seeing the new side of what happens when you are negligent!

Rented a knee scooter from them after an accident. A part failed on the weekend. The emergency contact technician was able to get the issue resolved. Very happy with the service and the support.
