Heartland Audio just completed the install of my blind spot monitoring system and they did a fantastic job. Everyone there was great to work with I would not hesitate to have them do more work for me in the future.

Seen some really neat, well installed systems come out of here. Super friendly and chill staff. I went in to find a special crimp connector, they went out of their way to find what I needed and since I only needed the one piece they said I could just have it and wished me a good day!

Great customer service!Purchased a remote start and install from them. From finding the right remote starter, to scheduling the install, the folks at Heartland Audio made the whole process super easy. Nice, professional people. Would do business with them again in a...wait for it...HEARTbeat!

BEWARE!!! I usually don't write bad reviews but this situation calls for it. Horrible! Totally avoid this place and you will be much better off. I came here for an interlock install and it took 10 days of them trying to get it right. Finally it was correct. I. Was willing to move past this .... Until... I hesitated to come here for service too and against my judgment, I did. It was worse then I ever anticipated. I was charged a bit more than regular rate and they refused to even give me a receipt or talk to me about this charge. They tried to make me leave there with nothing to prove this error. Refused to even issue me a receipt or call to investigate anything for this transaction!!! They just said 'oh well , next client, don't know'!!!!! After me calling interlock the company, I am heading back in to settle this. No way is this acceptable business practice. This careless person has really shown me how awful and frustrating it can be to have someone lock up your payment card for fraud, have to spend many hours and calls with interlock company to resolve this, and deal with the infuriatingly careless attitude of a person that refused to help correct their error. How does on overcharge by approximately $ 100 and blow it off??? It is taking all I have not to act on these feelings of rage and need for justification of this additional screw up on their part. This person has caused a huge problem and refused to even attempt to fix anything or listen to the customer about the impact of their carelessness. That is the part that makes this worse-- a 'don't give a shit/ not my problem' attitude of the one that caused the error. I will never return to this establishment because of THAT attitude and lack of concern for anything. This person's attitude has a huge impact on future business so for that sake, I hope this is eventually addressed. Very disappointing. I am still struggling to get my refund. The main company has issued a refund but it is taking a long time to get back to my account. This employee and attitude has cost dearly and at an already unfortunate time for a huge overcharge. Future patrons be warned!

If you have needs for installation of Remote Starts, Security, Audio/Video, Window Tint, and Custom Installation these guys are customer service oriented and top notch. Anyone can install equipment. These guys are about the customer experience and nail it every time for me. Stop looking and get in touch with them.

I originally made a good review. I was just happy to get my system installed. In messages I talked to Chris and he estimated 8-10 hours to FULLY install my system on my motorcycle. I noticed the prices on the speakers were up charged by $100 for the 6x5 in the fairing and also $100 for the 7x10's for my bags. They were up charged that price from multiple places I looked to buy them. So in order to save money I didnt buy my Ground Zero product from Heartland. I purchased my whole system and I installed the fairing speakers myself and I ran ALL wiring. Power and ground and speaker wire under tank to the back. All Heartland had to do is drill a hole in my saddlebags, tune the amp, and install the 7x10's. They said they would have to make "Special" brackets for the bags. When all the had to do is use the mounting hardware that came with the 7x10's and drill holes in them to fit the 6x9 slots. Im no idiot. When all was said and done they charged me a little over $1000 dollars to install my system. A system that ALL the wiring was already ran and 1/2 the work was done for them. After quoting me 8-10 hrs of work to install the WHOLE system they charged me 11hrs to install less than half of it and I paid for all the wiring myself. OVER $1000 dollars! Quite the rip off! I was in a wheelchair and installed over half the system in 2-3 hrs. And I dont do this for a living. Like Comment Share 0 Comments Write a comment...
