Ordered and paid for a large toolbox and waited a month till i called and they said it was available the next morning for pickup. showed up the next few multiple days for pickup with to be informed theres nobody available to get it from the back of the store , i was told to drive back later in the day both days. Wouldn't even offer a discount for the trouble. Harbor freight is a great store but not this one

Hispanic boyfriend went in alone, was given attitude by cashier who seemed to presume he wouldn't be paying for the items?? Was asked if he needed help which was nice, but after the 5th employee asked within 20 mins seemed suspicious.

Has a variety of tools that are fairly inexpensive. I wonder how good of a deal I am actually getting when it comes to tools because I'm not sure if they will break or not. I bought some a lil tool to repair my son's ps4
