Hair Studio 120 is full of amazing, highly skilled staff! My husband, son, daughter and I all see Lindsay for cuts, colors, eyebrows, nails, etc. I have never been unhappy with any of the services she has provided. When she was out and I needed a haircut for my son she set me up with her partner and she was amazing, too. They are all friendly and make it a great environment. Highly recommend.

It says to describe your experience here...well you would have to one to describe it..and by that I mean I went to this place on Saturday the 16th, walked in and first of all there's no desk to check in at so I walked almost all the way I. where they do the hair..there were 2 people working and neither one of them looked up at me neither one of them even acknowledged I was standing there...I work in hospitality/customer service and this was the absolute worse customer service I have EVER experienced...so if you are looking to go to a place that ignores you then by all means go here but if you are like me and don't want to feel like you inconvienced someone by walking into there shop then DONT go here. really I don't know how you stay in business acting like this to paying customers ..Maybe you should invest in some customer service classes for your hairdressers because the two that were there Saturday need it despatately. Good luck with your business venture because with people like that working there you will need it.
