The people are great. The misleading pricing by using money down match and trade match is shady. The $799 doc fee is crazy. When you go in to buy ignore the pricing tricks and make an offer with the Doc fee (pure profit) included.

I called Onyx Automotive from out of state, hoping to purchase a vehicle, but my experience with Charles was incredibly disappointing. Despite having a 780 credit score, Charles never followed up with us or provided any credit approval, as promised. Instead, he kept questioning whether we were fraudulent, which was both insulting and frustrating. When we requested to speak with his manager, he told us they were closed for the day and never connected us. We were serious buyers, but Charles made us feel like we were being treated with suspicion rather than as valued customers. The lack of professionalism and follow-through was unacceptable. I expected much better from a dealership like Onyx Automotive.

Great experience buying with Zach Wamsat. Great finance experience with Joelle. Follow-ups great. Car wash awesome. The whole purchase experience at Onyx was on a whole different level than any other dealership I’ve ever worked with. It’s how the car buying experience SHOULD be. This is so luxurious and everyone was really respectful. We came in kind of looking bummy and weren’t judged for that at all like I have been at other places. They helped us right away.

We recently purchased a 2025 BMW X5 from Onyx Automotive. Roxanna Garate assisted us through the entire process of researching, testing, ordering, reception and follow up with this (outstanding) vehicle. She was knowledgeable, thorough, efficient and followed up several times after we received the vehicle. Very positive experience.

They lowball you on trade in vehicles. Best they would do on the BMW I brought in was $11k.. took it to a different dealership and got $17k for it. I get they have to make money, but the salesman treated me like I had no idea what I was doing and I didn't know anything lol 100% would never go back.

My family has many BMWs and our first stop when we’re ready to purchase is Jake. He is so good at what he does, is very personable and fun.
