I took my 2019 Silverado Trail Boss in to have them look at the Audio and figure out why it was not working. I worked with Josh Erspamer in the service dept. He advised that I could be charged for audio repairs unless I had an extended warranty. I found out that I had the Platinum Extended Warranty and it covered audio. I made an appointment and took it in. They said they fixed the issue with a simple update, and it was going to cost me $214. When I asked why I had to pay, Josh said that Audio is not covered after 3 years & 36K miles. It was like he forgot I had Platinum Warranty. So, I reminded him, and he said it's still not covered. I asked to speak to his manager and after arguing with me, he finally sent me to his voicemail. While waiting for the manager to return my call, I contacted my warranty company to ask why this was not covered. The gentlemen I spoke to said that its absolutely covered and that no one has called to file a claim for any Audio issues against my warranty. I called the manager at H&H again to inform him of this and eventually, he called back. I asked why Josh told me it wasn't covered, and I would have to pay. He said that their service reps deal with a lot of warranty companies and Josh assumed that my warranty company would not cover the charges and did not even call them to find out. Instead, he tried to charge me $214. Eventually, the manager was able to get it covered through my warranty and I came to pick up the truck. Guess what - the Audio still did not work. I had to take it back the next day for them to try again... Long story short, the service I received from Josh was poor & very unprofessional. He acted like he knew everything - a bit overconfident, which led to trying to charge me for something I should not have been charged. How many other people has he scammed like this? How many took his word for it and paid? Seems very illegal to me - almost like some kind of way to cheat customers out of money. I will never go back to H&H for any reason.

Avoid this place at all cost. Found a car online and wanted to pay cash. We set up delivery for the following day but then there was all sorts of identity verification they didn't tell us about until the day before delivery. They wanted passports, bills with my wife and I's name (everything in my name) credit card statements, drivers license pictures of both and a whole list of other shot we couldn't figure out why because we paid cash. So the car shows up to our house and the next day I notice the car actually had close to 5000 miles over what the odometer disclosure statement said and what was on contract. So the only easy part was that they would cancel the sale and and come pick their vehicle back up. But then they have a company policy(fuck these guys) of not writing refund checks for 10 business days. So it ended up taking about 15 days because they wrote the check amount wrong and had to void the first check. Now my bank won't cash their check for another 10 days. So all in all they will have about 30000 fucked up for me for close to a month. Is this legal. Also, fuck H and H

Brought my car in for a transmission issue that is covered under warranty. Told them to fix the issue. When I showed up to pickup my car they charged me $780 for some part. These guys are a bunch of scam artists.I tried talking to Don, the service manager there, and he won't respond to me. BEWARE!

My experience was terrible. They offered certain deals online and then when you got to the dealership, they undercut your trade in value substantially and told me it was all figured in to the discounts they had already offered online. Extremely high sales pressure including, "We will make this deal as long as you don't go see the other car", "I am not sure you want to wait, other sales people are bugging me for the keys", etc. Then, on the day I was supposed to finalize, a different sales manager not wanting to honor the deal that was offered to me, offering me a complimentary window tint and then taking that off the table, etc. Don't even get me started on their $2500 they try and charge you for a brand new car prep!! Worst dealership ever!!

I have been going to H&H for over 25 years. They have totally changed in the worst way I hate to say. I had a certain Service rep I was set up with who I have been friendly with for the past few years & I no longer have him since I purchased my 2023 Malibu. Not one word about it with me.. This woman I had had no clue how to answer my questions & just said something that made sense only to her. When I questioned her she raise her voice to me. I was in shock. I have never heard anyone at this place talk like that EVER to a customer. . Such a horrible impression I never want to go back.

STAY AWAY FROM HHMy Jeep repair(s) experiences have been a NIGHTMARE since my purchase with HH. First time around, last year- warranty issues(I purchased my warranty at time of sale from HH) and no communication with the tech. I had to request the receipts and information in regards to what was fixed. Recently- I took my Jeep back into the new location on 144th & 370 the 22nd of November for transmission slipping and my gas cap actuator not working properly leaving me unable to get gas. I received no communication for first 3 days being left to call and check status. I was told there were no issues and that their tech "was driving my vehicle around to replicate issues" which didn't give me the warm and fuzzy. Few days later I had to call again and was told the same thing. Beginning of last week I had to call since no communication and not left with much. At that time I was told they did in fact order the actuator that I was told not an issue. Still no transmission issues being replicated but all of a sudden I have a power steering pump leak. I have rebuilt an 08 cherokee tranny and engine - I have not experienced any power steering issues with my 2015 cherokee which makes me question the level of knowledge and service. When I received no communications a week ago, I called wanting to pick my jeep up last Friday. The rep then told me that there were warranty issues and unable to do anything waiting on warranty dept. to approve. He also told me that my transmission was nonserviceable and they do not recommend me getting transmission maintenance done when sitting at 105k. Last time I checked- my jeep runs a 845re tranny and is in fact serviceable. I am now going on 2 wks without my jeep and have not been updated with any status.How this place continues to grow and buy out other dealerships is beyond me- TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE ALL AROUNDI wouldn't even give them one star but can't post without one

Purchased our first vehicle with H&H with a pre approval letter was in and out within a 1hr noted minor defects on vehicle and the sales team worked with us mind you we arrived 1hr before they closed. We did have to use a trade in and put a down payment but overall the experience was awesome and finance team was honest with us. Picked up the car the next day and will continue to buy all my vehicles with them in the future thank you Team!

I just bought a used Chevy Equinox and, being a woman with no clue in cars are not a good combination. I had to bring my SUV to a Chevrolet Car service just to have a closer look of the car I bought! They checked everything for me specially the engine. I know I can trust them because they told me one fact about the car by looking at it. They didn't hesitate to help me check my SUV and explain the special characteristics of the Equinox so I have a better understanding of my Equinox! Thank you to the guy who helped me Brian Shwinderman at H&H Chevrolet in 84th in Omaha Branch! Superb Customer Service! I'm one of their satisfied customers before u enter the facility and after they had provided me the service I need! They didn't take advantage of a woman like me with a little knowledge of the Equinox! Thank You! Awesome job!

This is terrible all the way around. This is my first new car bought in 2014 and am making my car payment on time every month. I feel like I am having to put more money in this vehicle then all the other vehicles I have owned. The whole purpose of getting a new vehicle was so it wouldn't need so many repairs but here I am 5 years later the car has less then 23,000 miles on it and now have to find out why air conditioning doesn't work. Very disappointed and then tried to call for warranty information and I was asked make and model and was told only has drive train but this person didn't ask my name.

I completely got screwed by h&h. I paid cash for my 3rd car through h&h which had major mechanical issues. when I went to trade in on my 4th car. Their reward for being a return customer was to decrease the value of my trade (in which I had only owned for 3 months and only had put under 2000 miles on) by $6000. they turned around and sold me a car a year older, they did up the model but charged me $22,000.00 for a $13,000.00 car. in reality I was taken for almost $20,000.00. I will be talking to my attorney in the morning to get this situation squared away. I also will be speaking with the owners on this situation as well. Make sure you are in complete understanding of your contract before signing. They obviously like to misrepresent their costs. I WILL NOT purchase another vehicle through them again.
