If you are to under staffed to provide all the services that you are supposed to offer a costumer then you should not be setting on you butt at the front door on your laptop computer. I drove 30 min just to be told I would not be provided service and to come back at 3pm when there would be more workers. Either hire more people and staff correctly or close your doors and move your business to another town because if you keep treating people like you are you won't have any costumer left.

Of course they have guitars and everything. Go here because it is staffed by regular musicians like you. You have a friend there that thinks what you are doing is cool.

Does anyone walk the floor to see if anyone is in the store? I walked in and out and noone was the wiser. If someone died in there no one would know until the body starts smelling. Thanks for ignoring.

THIS STORE TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE GARBAGE! I set up guitar lessons for my son and an hour before they called to reschedule. When we went to the new time, the instructor had no idea we were supposed to be there and showed us to the practice room. He then proceeded to tell us he'll be right back and left. Not just the room but got in his car and left, leaving us waiting for the entire 30-minute session. I spoke with Jamie, the manager, who said he'd take care of it. I've never heard back. Called the store and spoke with an incredibly rude and pretentious woman who only wanted my phone number but offered no solutions. So I had to go to the store in person. Jamie, the manager, was nowhere to be found. My refund is pending Jamie's return, and I will be getting my money back. This store treats customers like garbage

The staff (2 men) were super friendly and helped us find exactly what we showed up for! Can't wait to go back and get more music related stuff for our family ? we are going to have one stoked child on Christmas ?? ? I wish I knew the staffs' names, they definitely deserve a hefty raise ?

All employees have been very friendly band helpful every time we have been here. I surprised my husband with a guitar for his wedding present. My daughter is now taking drum lessons. They have an amazing selection bof high quality instruments. (No wind instruments).

Great place to look at stuff for a couple of hours and not get bothered by a store associate.
