I can't get ahold of anyone, ever. When i do get ahold of someone, they are short and rude. Over the past few years of being with this bank, I've come to strongly dislike it. I will be switching banks and getting rid of this one. Good riddance ?

This IS the little BIG bank! Truly the only thing that changed is the name!Long time GW customer, seamless change over, new checks ordered, great personable people to work with! Looking forward to a long prosperous relationship.

The worst customer service ever! Cami was rude, and argumentative. For a bank that provides them selves on customer service absolutely terrible I can't wait to get the next survey email from them asking me how they're doing.

This bank has the WORST communication ever. If you need to do simple banking and never talk to a banker, this may be the bank for you but if you may ever need help, have an overdraft fee or need to speak with someone they will communicate very poorly with you. I had absolutely no idea that this bank has no corporate backing and EVERYTHING is handled at the local branch level. If you have a problem, you better love your banker and her manager because you are tied to that girl whether you like it or not. Have a problem with your banker, don't worry you're going to get somebody in a call center. Please go to a bank that will actually return your calls, provide you with answers while your there, and actually do the things they say they will do. Or just be sure to keep court like records of every call and attent to contact.

I had bit of a stressful morning, but wanted to shout out a quick thanks to the GWB team today. I was informed from another branch that I would get a cashiers check in the drive thru in the morning, but was unaware there needs to be a banker to make it in which they dont arrive until the lobby opens. Haylie (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) the teller, did everything she could to help me out, I was closing on a house at 8 and needed that check. Even with me getting frazzled and probably cranky sounding to her, she was calm, cool, and collected and got things organized with her boss to get a cashier check in time. Not only did they get it in time, but they delivered it to me at the title company to ensure I did not miss my closing time. Thank you to the boss, sorry I do not know your name, for delivering that check and coming into work early to do so. I would never expect a chain community bank to provide which good service so I really really do appreciate the help from them.Thank you again,Noah

Worst customer service at this branch I've every experienced! Went through the drive through and sent in a $20 bill. Asked for a $10, $5 and five $1's. They made me send in a Drivers Licence and a Credit Card? And I have 3 accounts there in my name? A different time I trird to deposit an insurance check for storm damage to my home. My wife and I both endorse it. They wouldn't deposit it into my account because my wife wasn't with me, and her name wasn't on the account I was depositing the check. I drove to the next closest branch and they deposited it with a smile on their face. I'm not saying that Great Western is a bad bank, but the employees at this particular branch go out of their way to piss you off! I drive extra miles just so I don't have to deal with them!
