I honestly don't even want to give a star for the service I received here. Marks customer service was absolutely terrible. He was completely rude, barely spoke, ended up walking away and walked back inside without saying anything. Definitely do not recommend this place. Never been treated so poorly at a place of business before.

Kaizen Collision Center did an excellent job on my 2024 Tesla Model Y repairs. Kaizen Collision Center got my Tesla to look brand new again. Ricky Tran was very helpful and did answer all my questions I did have. Ricky gave me excellent customer service and helped putting my mind at ease on the all repairs I needed. I honestly was so impressed from the moment I first called, they got me in right away, gave me a reasonable estimate, scheduled my repairs to get completed in a timely manner, and kept me updated on the process. The receptionist was outstanding by arranging a pick up time that worked out great for me because I live out of town. I’d give Kaizen Collision Center a 5 star rating! If you ever need vehicle repairs, this is your collision shop. Plus they had my Tesla shining like a star and had the interior all clean as well, wow!
Thank you Kaizen Collision Center, Ricky and the receptionist, you all made me one happy customer!!

My insurance company sent me to Kaizen Auto Body after a car accident. The repairs took 9 weeks versus the quoted 3-4 weeks. I can understand delays, but was offered dishonest reasons and excuses instead of the truth. Workmanship and repairs were completed satisfactorily. Communication and dishonesty were unacceptable.

The team at Kaizen was very professional and courteous. They did a great job repairing the hail damage on our Subaru. And when an unexpected and non-hail related mechanical issue arose while our vehicle was in their care, they were quick to contact us and made arrangements to get the vehicle to the dealer for repair. We had a family vacation planned and needed our car. They went above and beyond to make sure we had our vehicle back in time.
Kaizen is a first class business and I highly recommend them!

Not fond of the service received, called about a vehicle damage inspection, not even a call back today. Have used them in the past for repair but seems to lack customer service and common decency in communication. I’ll take my business elsewhere this time.

I was in this place couple of time. The first visit was perfect, no issues at all. I would rate it 10 from 5. The second visit was not successful. Had a call that my car is ready for pick up. Came there, some bolt we absent, front bumper was not in line with car wing. The manager came, agreed that there is a problem and asked us to come next day. Next day everything was done, but there was a deep scratch on the back door. That manager start yelling at me, that it was there all the time and he can proof this. Failed. You would expect more respect from the customer service. Did after visit survey and nobody called me back to fined out what happened.

This place has been horrendous to work with. Every time I have called them, they answer my questions in a round about way and tell me they will have the general manger call me and take my number down and have yet to get a phone call from anyone in regards to it. My insurance company/claims specialist has tried calling them numerous times and has ran into the same problem and have been told the general manager will contact them when they are back in the shop. We have still yet to hear about from them and it’s been several months of this telephone game. Would highly not recommend taking your car here for any insurance claims.

The level of service is very poor, even without taking into account they are the authorized BMW and Mercedes repair shop. If it wasn't the quality of work done by the paintless dent repair technician, they would have received a one star. I requested to be contacted by the regional manager to voice my concerns, which has still has not occurred.
