This shop is very professional. They worked on my wife’s car last year did a great job. I had a spot recently show up on my new truck. It looked like an issue with the clear coat. I stopped by and they looked it over and had a tech buff it out. It took maybe ten minutes but it was way above what I expected. I will always go to this shop for body work. My experience with working with Great Plains has been fantastic. Their text messaging system keeps you updated on the progress of your vehicle. Also, I cannot stop raving about Brin the executive assistant. She was amazing and oddly always remembered you.Thank you so much for being welcoming and helping me out during my time of chaos.

I came here for a headlight replacement. Let me start by saying Bryn I think is her name, is amazing and has the best customer service! She also made sure we had rides to and from bc we are right up the street. They did a good job overall except 2 big things and one other thing.I noticed a dent by my headlight that they caused when they put it in that wasn’t there before which I’m sure is bc of what the paper work states it’s self “headlight didn’t fit properly” so they had to force it to fit.I also noticed the headlight doesn’t match my other one. Not sure how this happened! My other headlight is all clear lights, the one they replaced is clear and yellow so it now makes it look like my other headlight is out and also ruins the look of my car… the front and headlights were what attracted me to my car bc it made it look fancier and more sporty.Only other thing was a quote issue as the headlight that they ordered came in and some of it didn’t work so they had to go get another part from somewhere else and I got charged for that but we agreed on a price. Also said they would have my car about 3.5 hrs and they had it about 6.5.Service: Body & Trim

Without any doubt, Great Plains Auto Body made my recent experience so painless, smooth, fast and pure perfection in their work!! From the check-in staff of Danielle and AJ, to Jimmy my service advisor, to Tre the wonderful guy that runs customer transport they were ALL so teriffic! I had a door dent on a crease that was no doubt obvious to see, but hard to get to. I was told up front that a simple dent pull may not make it 100%, but it DID! Well, that and some extra work. I received timely text updates throughout the two day service period. And when it was finished, Jimmy called to ask if I wanted to see it before putting things back together. I couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied! Tre was so wonderful in taking me home when I dropped off the Explorer, and then offered to return when finished. I got a ride to pick it up. And Tre made sure it was clean (spotless) for me, inside and out!!? It looked better than when I bought it 3 weeks earlier! Thank you Great Plains! You all are incredible, incredible people!

I have had the pleasure of working with them both for professional and personal use. They have always been helpful, reasonably priced, and have done a great job handling vehicles.The staff has great communication and will walk you through the process step by step. Nothing is done out of turn and things are always done on time and in a exceptionally great manner.

Great staff and great work. Nothing puts you in the holiday spirit like having both your cars broken into, but great plains auto body put our cars back together like it never happened. They kept us up-to-date on the work being done, and made sure that our cars were secured from the elements. They did such a great job.
