We had a great experience using Grandel’s construction in our backyard renovation as well as hail damage repair. It was a big project but any thing we needed they are a one stop shop. They were quick to respond when needed and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend! Cannot wait to finish out the final touches in the spring to our backyard oasis.

Grandel's did an outstanding job repairing my home after the April hail storm. From the time Sarah called me when I reached out for an estimate until Zach completed the work, the whole process was seamless and effortless because of their professionalism and follow through. When Zach told me what was going to be done and when it would be done, he always held true to his promise. As with any home project there are always some unforeseen issues that come up, but small or large Zach was on top of everything which made for a worry free process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Grandel's Construction for any home project!!! Thank you for such a great experience!!!

We hired Zach and his team for our first roof replacement and now a second one due to the newest storm. He is handling all the hurdles for us with our insurance company . Outstanding at keeping us informed and communicating updates in a very timely manner. !

Absolutely phenomenal service - we just needed a repair done for a few missing shingles. Communication was quick and easy and they were at my house the SAME DAY to do the repair. Very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!

The new driveway and patio are awesome! They had EVERYTHING ripped out and poured in 2 days, both patio and driveway! I was amazed. The work is great and looks great too! Easy to work with and great at answering questions!

Grandel's did an absolute amazing job remodeling our kitchen! They took out the wall in-between our living room and kitchen/dinning area (opening up our living spaces into one big room), built a custom kitchen island, installed new cabinets, countertops, and sink. The guys also installed new flooring throughout and hooked us up with a sick backsplash and all new lighting. Happy wife happy life!!
Zach, Jimmy, and the guys were awesome to work with and saw to every concern that we had. At the same time as our kitchen remodel we had another contractor refinishing our split entry way. When that contractor slipped on deadlines and didn't see to certain concerns, Zach and the guys stepped in and knocked the refinish out in style. We love the black railing and refinished posts.
We would recommend Grandel's for any of your construction needs and we will be using Grandel's again for our future projects!
