This place is a joke. One week out of the past 3 months has this place ran fine. Every other time either their app doesn’t work, it’s cash only, internet is down, lanes are closed. It’s ridiculous. I’ve had the unlimited wash membership one and off for the past couple years and I’m done with it. It’s not with the $50/month only being able to wash my car maybe twice in 3 months.

Credit card machines were down, sign said use other payment methods. Tried to use the app and that was also down, maybe just say cash only next time? Not sure how you can run a business with your machines down

Not a bad carwash when its actually working... But it's not working very often. Especially when you have the wash pass. It seems like the internet is down more than it is working at this location and they can't seem to figure out how to fix the problem . So inconvenient having to drive an extra 15 minutes just to be able to wash your car with the wash pass. They've been working on this location for almost 3 months now and it doesn't seem to be getting better.

Love and Hate. I have held a unlimited wash membership at Gorilla for over a year now. I have used all three wash locations in Omaha. When the washes are 100% working and functional it is a great experience and I love the touchless washes. The 100% part seems hard to get though. I have been frustrated beyond belief with washes being down, the app not working, parts of the wash not working properly, and wasting my time. I have contacted their customer support many times and it never seems to never help my frustrations. If anything happens after hrs or they aren't available you lose a wash day which is money/time wasted in my opinion. This wash is very convenient for me and I want it to work but it just seems like my frustrations will be taking me elsewhere. If you can find a wash somewhere else I would recommend going there.

Good place with good quality of washing, the place is clean, only thing is that it’s a bit expensive. There is a minimum of $6 when you start to wash, I swiped my card twice because my car was dirty and I ended up paying $25 just to wash my car!! And I just spent 15 minutes to wash my car. This is the price of a monthly membership in a tunnel. I don’t see any value to come back there.

I went thru this car wash on Friday Nov. 10th. The right bay spot free rinse only squirted out very little liquid that didn't get on my truck. I called to let them know and was given a code that expires. I wasn't able to use the code because of weather and out of town. I asked to have a new code and was told no. I asked for a refund and was also told no. If the car wash doesn't work then why not just refund the money instead of hand out codes that expire? This is not solving anything from a customer standpoint.
