I've been a Russell Speeders customer for years. I bought my mom a membership. She's taken it to the new store on saddle creek. It's never clean and full of water spots. She's 80 she won't be out there wiping it dry. I took it there myself the first time through it wasn't clean.
I went through again same thing. I got the rest of the dirt while drying it off. The drying machine is as half a##ed as the wash.
We've never gotten the tire dressing EVER.
The tire dressing you spray on is worthless, like it's diluted.
I canceled this membership, she won't drive to 120th.
I've been to ALL of your locations, I've NEVER had to go through twice or have to hand dry my car.
Your other locations the tire dressing looks nice it's obvious it's being applied.
This location has been a huge disappointment.
