I dropped off items today at this location. The person receiving the donations ostracized my vehicle for being dusty on the outside (that’s fair, I live on a gravel road and joked with him about it), but then he also called my car cheap which was pretty uncalled for. I try not to judge because I don’t know everyone’s story, but I feel like maybe a conversation could be had.

Goodwill (this location in particular) keeps getting worse and worse. On the last visit I noticed a small box with a cheap broken watch on the shelf. I needed the band on it for a replacement for my deceased grandfather's watch I inherited when he passed. When I took it to the register to pay the manager informed me that she would not sell it to me because she thought it should go to their Shop Goodwill website so they could make more money on it. Seriously I realize you have overhead but nearly every item in the store is an item that you paid absolutely nothing for. What happened to the days of Goodwill being there for people who are either having tough luck or to do good for the community? Now it's all about taking people's donations to get the highest amount they can.
The only positive thing I have to say at all is that this location has a few very nice and caring employees.

I came in looking for a circular picture frame and did not find one, which was disappointing, but you run the risk of not finding what you're looking for when you come to a thrift shop! I did find some other things though, which was great!

The employees in the donation area were nice. The cashier had an unpleasant aditude. The employee that parked her car up by the door in a spot that was not a parking place but was a raised walkway entrance, had a really bad aditude when I walked outside and was surprised by her parking and by the way she represents her company. I gave her a look and she asked if there was a problem and I replied "that is not a parking spot." Her response was,"I know it is not a parking spot I work here." She was trying to have a verbal confrontation with me, and she continued as she drove off.

The last time I dropped off donations to this place, the guy didn't even help me unload my boxes. He rolled the bin up to my car and just stood there and stared at me. I had a herniated disc in my back at the time, and I didn't appreciate having to put the heavy boxes into the bin by myself. If they can't even be bothered to help load the donations they are getting for free, I will find somewhere else to donate.

Went to check out-had to ask which register was open because none had a light on out of 5 registers-went to 5 because she told me that one was open and 3 employees stood at register 2 and no one came to help me. I walked out without my purchase. Won’t frequent this one much for awhile. Bad customer service experience

I was absolutely humiliated and frustrated. I can’t walk due to a health event, and needed a cane or something/anything instead of crawling.
I called 4 different stores, hoping to find a cane or crutch so I can finally be mobile until my foot heals.
I spoke with Linda on the phone before coming into the store and she said they had 1 cane left. I was excited to find something to help.
When I got to the Goodwill, I pulled through the drop off area to let them know I’m there and here for the cane. I know it’s not the normal route to get in the store, I get that. I was hoping they would make an exception or let me pay for it.
I’m not into being a victim or digging for sympathy, but I was hoping for some understanding given the situation. Maybe find a way to avoid hobbling to the front entrance.
Instead, the second guy that I spoke with after sharing the details, said they were understaffed and that I had to come through the front door. Not what I expected, but okay, I can lock it up and roll with it.
I was so embarrassed walking in. I also saw employees doing small tasks like hanging clothes up. They could have taken 5 minutes to help and they blew me off.
I asked for Linda and found her. She yelled from the register that she had the cane right next to her. Thank God.
She was 15 feet away and not a single employee standing around within ear shot offered to grab it for me.
So I hobbled over. Again feeling incredibly embarrassed. I don’t need or want some sort of VIP treatment, but just some decency.
The can didn’t look bad. But when I looked it over, it was missing the rubber foot which goes on the end and actually grips the surface your walking on. Instead it had an aluminum end, which look like a shower curtain rod, hollow.
I still can’t believe how this all occurred.
It didn’t bug any employee in the store that watched this. I know the job isn’t easy, and I’m sure they deal with all sorts of personalities, but feeling the way I felt with no help or attention isn’t okay.
Just really sad that this happened. I sincerely hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Worst experience at thrift store. I was going buy an item that was a set for $3.99 the cashier wanted to charge me $3.99 per item because of a price mistake. I had literally just grabbed it from the cart they brought out from the back. Manager did nothing to fix the issue didn't offer to help. Everything is donated to them and they claimed it was highly collectible that's why they were trying charge me eight times the original price. I guess thrifting isn't supposed to save you money anymore.

We’ll stocked and clean store, friendly and efficient staff, overall a good store until I tried to leave with my cart and the interior handicapped accessible door buttons are broken. The outside door works, but both buttons for the interior door elicited no response. I’m able to walk but if I weren’t I’d have a heck of a time getting into this store. This needs to be fixed immediately, and a corporation the size of goodwill can certainly afford to fix their door.

This is a resale store. Not a retail store. Donated item's, random selections , random sizes, colors.
