Some prices have gotten WILD for a store accepting donations. I can buy similar furniture/appliances on Facebook Marketplace for half the price. It seems like a detriment to the community and makes me wonder where the money is going á la 2020. They do have quite a large location.

Don’t even bother taking your donations to this location. I tried to donate a motorized recliner in good condition. I was turned away because it had cat hair on it. I drove 10 minutes down the road to another location on 78th st. and they thanked me for my donation and helped me unload the chair from my truck.

Really wish could mark in half stars… honestly this one is a 1.5! Although this location was very well organized and had many items to choose from the place was not too clean, bathrooms were a mess and dressing rooms were not at all picked up. I did like the dishes area being all organized by color scheme that was nice. The clothing was plentiful but not by size just mixed up so took some looking to find things in that area. Really wish they had more dresses but they can’t really control what is donated. Their book selection is pretty large and very well organized! There were two employees sitting in the bench area one of the ladies didn’t have her name tag on and the other was named Shayna was talking very loudly to another employee a good 15 feet away about how customers complain too much this is while the un-name tagged lady was braiding Shayna’s hair, then from there they went back to sorting stuff but ignoring customers who asked for help laughing about do we look like we got kids when asked for help with a stroller. They then were trying on the sunglasses and discussing weekend plans. Tiffany almost ran into me with her rolling rack of hangers and actually made an audible tongue click and sigh because she had to stop walking so she wouldn’t hit me with the rack. Chantel wouldn’t even look up from her phone in the dishes area and had this cart she would go put 3 items on from the back and then roll out to the dishes then stand more on her phone. Sonya and Billy were excellent greeting people, smiling and very helpful. They were very friendly and were very hard working, jumping between the register and helping customers, they seemed to be the only two employees that actually were doing their jobs! When I gave my donation Dorthy was so nice, she welcomed me with huge smile, asking how the day was going and thanked us for our item then wished us a blessed day!

None of the clothes are in order by size. The clothes are just put anywhere so it takes a long time to find anything. Very disappointing...

Bookguy needed a sport coat to wear to a wedding and didn't want to spend big bucks for this one event. Enter Goodwill Store. The store is very clean and well organized so it doesn't take a lot of searching through racks and racks of clothes. We could practically see the right area from the door. There was a surprising amount of sport coats organized by size. Some had traditional sizing like 40 but some were marked large, extra large etc. We were able to quickly find a suitable coat in excellent condition for only a few dollars. This was a much better deal than spending a couple hundred dollars at a men's clothing store. He also found a new pair of athletic shoes. Bookguy hates shopping for clothes so if there is a lesson to be learned for us from this experience it is this: think about clothing priorities and uses. Start at thrift stores to see if those requirements can be met. It's better for the environment too!

I found this location to be quiet and not overly crowded which promoted a pleasant shopping experience. I found a good variety of high quality clothes in good condition. I will return to find other treasures.

Very large store with a little bit of everything. I have gotten lots of cute clothing and shoes. The furniture is priced a little high in my opinion.
