I used to love them. I was in minimum 3 times a month with shots and prescriptions. They knew me always had my prescriptions ready for me when they saw me walking in. One time I asked them to squeeze me in for a serious matter but not emergency. My dog developed a tumor that doubled in its size within a week and was becoming an open wound. Their response was we can see you in a week or go to an emergency vet... Okay I called The pet clinic and they got me in immediately, did the surgery and were great in the follow up visits.

Michelle is the only groomer we trust with our dogs. She’s kind , gentle and very talented. Our dogs are always happy to see her.

I’ve been used this place for several years. The price was good, and vet was nice.After today’s appointment with doing our dog anal gland, the price doubled. We are told it will change from now on. It becomes very expensive for just doing an anal gland. And front desk lady’s attitude was cold.

We love Goodrich! We have been going to them since 2019 when we got our 5 year old rescue, they have always been so gentle and patient with her as she has worked through being scared of everything and everyone. Now I have my own puppies and they loving going to see Dr.Brem and so do I (she is the best!) everyone there is so knowledgeable and kind. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Dr. Brem and her staff is Fantastic!! We were able to get Sugar in very quickly to look at some hot spots she had on her tummy. Thank you for being so great and through!!

Definitely helped, my cat was not very cooperative tho!! Going back with hopefully a more mellow cat so he can been checked out better, but they definitely put me at ease as to it not being something super serious. ?

Taylor was a great help with Rip. We tried to trim his nails but we need to finish them with the Dremel file. Everyone was so patient with my Corso. Thank you all so very much!

Michelle is the BEST groomer we’ve ever had!
She’s so calm and kind. Milo never panics when I bring him in which makes the drop off so easy. I recommend her to anyone in need of a dog groomer. Marcy, her grooming partner, grooms my grandogs and my girls also rave about her. Can’t go wrong using their services. They have to be the best in Omaha! ?

We had been taking our dog to this vet ever since she was 8 weeks old and always had a great experince with Dr. Bremers and Dr. Heath and their techs. Both doctors are kind, good listeners and offer multiple solutions. Recently we have not been able to make appointments with those doctors due to limited appointment availability and have had to see a different vet at this clinic. Ever since we have had to switch we have not been happy with the care we recieved. It feels as though we were only offered solutions to treat symptoms but never the underlying cause or root of the issue or given multiple treatment options.
Dr. Riley has been unproffesional on multiple occasions such as taking phone calls during a patient meeting as well as not fully explaining care plans in which we would leave feeling confused. The front desk staff often acts as if a patient asking questions or inquring furthur is a burden and can be hostile.
I do feel as through the care we recieved under Dr. Riley was okay but was not great like we used to recieve. Unfortunately due to leaving multiple times feeling frustrated, confused and not always able to make an appointments with our perfered vet we have had to look for care somewhere else.
