Amy H. Does an amazing job grooming my pup! Rosie has been seeing her all of her 3 years - she gets so excited to see her! The rest of the staff greet us by name and are always accommodating, whether on the phone or in-person. My family loves Gentle Doctor ?

We have been with Gentle Dr for years! They are polite and very quick at getting us taken care of without lack of care. I am always impressed with the positivity everyone has there and the smiles they are always wearing. It takes special people to do their job! Even through all they deal with on a daily basis they hold a smile!

I’ve taken my senior dog to This vet for years. They’re great, explain their findings, give recommendations but don’t push you to adopt them, and they LOVE animals. I’d not even consider going anywhere else. I go to the Gentle Vet on Grant street.

Everyone at Gentle Doctor is so kind - the receptionist, the techs, and the veterinarians. They truly care about the animals they treat. Dr. Valadez sits on the floor with my golden, Frankie, every time we go in and takes the time to answer all my questions. We couldn't be happier with the care they provide.

Kind, considerate and knowledgeable veterinary team! I bring my 3 cats and my dog here. The vet techs are courteous, efficient and clearly love animals. They explain every thing clearly and thoroughly. Our vet never rushes and is always open to questions. Recently I was worried my cat had a UTI and our vet ruled out medical causation. He then took time (on a busy Saturday) to provide suggestions on litter box adjustments and troubleshooting for behavioral concerns. He didn’t have to spend that time but it was obvious he truly cares about his patients. I recommend Gentle Doctor on Grant. I have had the same wonderful experience at their Maple street location too.

The veterinarians at Gentle Doctor are wonderful. They have taken great care of our animals for years. Dr. Valadez and Dr. Thomassen in particular have provided excellent care for our animals through routine care to illness, senior care and passing. The staff is always friendly and it is easy to get appointments with their multiple locations.
