Pretty nice here for what it's worth it's my go-to GameStop and there is loads of games to choose from and you could spend all day in here if you could that's how much I like it. The people that work here are fairly nice people and I even got a free game from one of them so that's nice! The deals are also fairly decent and can come across a game that's really low in price compared to the same game found in Walmart or Target. So I recommend going to this one if it's close by you, like me!

I came in for something simple and found a backpack I had to have! Ronnie took the time to look up something for my friend who I was with and then told me how much I could save with my pro points on the backpack. Her customer service was the best I have ever received at a gamestop if I ever need anything I'll be coming in to see her!

I was told the xbox series s couldn't hold the amount of gigabytes that call of duty had. The series s has 512 gigs and call of duty is 115 gigs ish. They also told me i had to buy a hard drive to play cod because of the storgae space. They lied to me and told me the external hard drive was gonna cost me 200 dollars, which on amazon its 80 dollars. Very bad service and liars. Wont be going back there

Went and was about to spend $300 on a switch lite and various other items but the shelf sticker for the switch lite turquoise was $159.99 but they said it was $179.99. Wouldn’t match it to shelf price. So I put everything back and left. Today I went there and decided to pay in quarters the $20 to make a point and was not treated enthusiastically. I will only purchase digital cards now.

I went into game stop yesterday with my husband and son to buy a Xbox card . When I go inside I tell Carlin the sales rep hey heads up I recently bought one of these and sometimes the numbers are messed up . OK no problem went and grabbed a card scratched it off in the parking lot and the number were defective . so we proceed inside and give it back to her and I ask if she can swap it out (which I found later from DISTRICT MANAGER they absolutely could of done that for me) . she immediately tells me she can't swap it out or give me a new one and gets on the phone with a manager named Drew . The manager sings her the same song don't give her a refund and don't let her swap it out . So then I ask her while Drew is on speaker phone where does it say on my receipt I can't return or even on the card . They both continue to now sing me a song about that's the game stop policy cool but where does it state thus policy in writing that I can't return this . This girl starts shaking and crying and making a scene like a toddler . The Manager then tells me I'm making his employee feel uncomfortable and unsafe and distressed and stressed . keep I'm mind I've been coming to this location for years and have never had a issue or encounter like this . while the girl is crying and making a scene still The manager says she's distressed because of me and he can't help me there's nothing he can do and tells me we need to leave and tells Carlin lock the doors and call the police . (what) over a game stop card . so now I'm feeling uncomfortable unsafe and distressed cause they are treating to lock the doors and call the police . I am a black woman and well aware what could of happened to me my son or my husband had I stayed and waited for the police with this girl crying and acting like we did something to her and she feels threatened by me why? I'm not screaming cussing any of that . so finally I made the safe decision to remove my family so we wouldn't be shot or killed by the police had they have gotten there DO NOT RECCOMEND SHAME ON YOU GAME STOP

I can't enjoy my in store time when I'm too worried about getting mugged or other undesirable events. This place is not a place I'd go to alone or in a nice car.

The employee was great, very friendly and helpful, plus an added bonus that I caught them while they were running a trade-in special. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get the free basketball offered with the game. But the game is still great and I'll continue to return to this location. For the most part, any visit to any one of their locations is a positive return.

I don't know how to rate a place I nevr done business with. Every time I look something up at these stores it always ends in denial. Of course it's my fault for not calling to double check if what they claim is in stock is actually...well, in stock. You would think after 639 disappointments one would start to figure out that you need to stop beating that horse. I'm not singaling out this locationcuz everytime I think I'm going to get what I'm after I always get that feeling that you are about to waste time, money and fuel...again. But I do like to visit places and hope I run into other crap I've been wanting so I play along but this time the coffin is nailed shut and lying in the coffin is a camel with a broken back. I found a game I missed that was on PS3 8-10 years ago and Amazon wanted almost (clears throat) FOURTY SIX FREAKIN DOLLARS WITH $8*+ SHIPPING!!! For a decade old ps3 game. GTFOH! So this store kinda close by has a few copies fo (clears...nm) NINETY NINE CENTS! hell ya!!! Score! Hello sir, hi how are you? Lookin for....Oh we don't sell ps3 games anymore. Been awhile since we sold them. Oh really awhile huh? So...I can kinda understand not updating the website every 15 seconds or right away after a sale but if you are going to stop selling an entire product line then, let a mufuka know. Update that! Why does someone have to complain about this? THIS? I could never ever begin to imagine how people (in business) can conduct themselves this way. That's like going to Walmart and saying I need some jeans and bananas and they say "Oh, we stopped carrying food and clothes" but never tell anyone. get real.
