Went in for a glass repair on a 3 foot water pipe and you can’t even tell it had been broken. Great customer service, I will be brining another piece to be fixed. 10/10

Great experience compared to other area shops especially, but just overall as a fine glass provider compared to places like the hideaway in minneapolis.First these guys actually answered their phone, and unlike the only other shop that andwered, this place actually had knowledgeable staff that actually knew what a quartz pillar and quartz gear insert was.(the other place never heard of either one before so....)Would definitely suggest anyone that actually wants a fair shake for prices, and quality that matches the prices (and id even say exceeds the quality for the price)This is the headshop you were looking for and didn't know it.Go there, get glass, thank me later.They had a 20% off accesories with water piece purchase when i visited too.Oh and they repair broken functional art pieces too, so if youve been keeping a special vessel because you cant bring yourself to get rid of it, talk to these guys

There is a new smokeshop popping up every block. I have visited them all. G&G is my go to. I literally drive by 10 other smoke shops on my way to this one and it's well worth the effort.

I just stopped by to grab some cleaner, and they weren’t open yet to my dismay. I got almost all the way in the car before I heard a pounding on the window. The gentleman-turns out to be the OWNER-graciously opened up and let me in!!! I have had nothing but positive experiences here at G & Gs. I bought my very first ever piece there, I buy all my cleaners there, I collect bowls from there lol. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Truly an exceptional place.
