I’m always stuck waiting here for way too long, a yearly checkup should not take 2-3 hours out of my day. They clearly dont have enough rooms for all the appointments they make. On top of the long wait, I feel like my puppy wasn’t getting quality care. They seem to rather treat symptoms to stack up bills for me to pay instead of treating the real problem. Why do I keep getting charged $700+ dollars for each appointment and they keep telling me to bring my dog in every month!! I have a young healthy puppy who simply needed some allergy medications so she would stop itching and getting infections. Instead of just getting her on allergy meds to fix the problem they kept making me come in to do labs and expensive tests and buy creams for the symptoms of allergies!!! This last visit I asked to use text-to-pay because the bill was way more than I expected as always. They refused and held me there until I paid at the desk! I’ve given THOUSANDS of dollars to this clinic, probably close to 10k at this point and I’ve paid every bill on time so being treated this way after I’ve already spent 2 hours there was my last straw. I’m NEVER coming back, I’m NEVER recommending this place to anyone. They’ve sucked me dry of my money and my poor dog still doesn’t have allergy medicine!!!!!!!!!

We recently switched to Fort Street Veterinarian and have been so impressed with everything! Not only did they fit us in on an already booked Saturday, but they also followed up to make sure our pup was doing good. Definitely recommend Fort Street Veterinarian!

Fort Street Vet is NOT the same place....Dr Busselman retired and the Vets there now try and 'sell' you unnecessary procedures, horrible pet food and dental work. Never seen any medical professionals so compromised by corporate ownership. Had poor experiences with Caroline and the clinic manager who was very aggressive and attacked us when we questioned the necessity of procedures and charges. Last two visits, one with Shaunna and one with Caroline convinced us to move on after over 15 years. Please find another Vet if you are a customer.

The staff and my veterinarian are very friendly and caring when it comes to treating my dog. My pets health is their ultimate concern as is their concern for me that I am fully informed and understand my pets treatment. Their charges are also fair.

We had an amazing experience here especially for our first vet visit! Everyone was so nice and friendly. The place was spotless and super cute!! The pictures of the animals are adorable! They took perfect care of my emotional support animal and made me feel at home as well. She answered every question we had and explained in detail what we needed to do to keep our animal in great health. We appreciate this place so much and would recommend them to anyone who needs a vet!

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH, I can’t say that enough!!! Going into the morning of 7/17, I was fearing the worst for my older dog Mama and we were a mess. Once 7am hit I called and talked to Rachael M - I was just so afraid that not being a regular at the clinic was going to sweep me under the rug but her professionalism, compassion, understanding and most importantly caring about what was going on was such a relief! As my primary vet didn’t open until 8 I was just trying to get somewhere fast, but Fort St was booked and Rachael M said she’d be in touch! The next couple hours she called numerous times, as I was waiting for my some answers - once I got them, I called her and she said “you know what, get here…we’ll fit you in”. They were BUSY, everyone I saw was running their tails off but no one seemed stressed or overwhelmed, once I met Rachael M and she had taken more notes, then took Mama and we met Dr Tordrup (who was referred because she works with Cardiology) as we expected going in that it was heart failure related, things took a different path. We were in the room with Dr Tordrup which seemed like forever, discussing the plan and asking all the questions I could think of - never once did I feel guilty of adding stress to an already jam packed day or anything - I could finally smile, she so caring, so professional, so compassionate. We’re on different meds now and night one was a success! Thank you guys so much! Looking forward to seeing you guys again soon!

Amazing staff, kind and caring. Accommodating same day visits when we needed it t while our dog was ill. The vet called us at home to check on our dog. Cannot say enough great things about them.

EXCEPTIONAL!!! The veterinarians and staff at Fort Street go above and beyond for pet families in a way I've never experienced before. I felt like family from the moment we stepped in the door and knew my pet was in exceptional hands. The environment and facilities are warm an inviting. I appreciate Dr. Jones and staff always providing me with all the information and options to make the best decision for my pet. I can't recommend Fort Street Vet highly enough and appreciate the care and dedication they provide patients and families alike. Thank you!

Love Dr Jones. She was there for the care of the animals. Had to go in for ear infection of our puppy about 2 months after annual visit. Couldn't get Dr Jones. Dr Smith came in and started feeling our puppys legs ,stomach ect. We said we were in for ear infection . She continued her examination. We were charged almost 70.00 for the exam he had just received. We were also charged for ear exam and lab tests which was what we expected .

We have loved Fort St. Veterinarian ever since we took our first puppy to see their founding vet (shoutout to Dr. B.!) over 15 years ago, and the quality of service we receive today is still just as great as it was back then. Our most recent appointment was an unexpected same-day visit for our cat and I felt completely at ease booking with Dr. Jones knowing that Dr. Banks was in surgery that day. It was also a particularly busy day in the office and one of the techs voluntarily skipped her lunch to continue assisting with patients. (Thanks for going the extra mile, Rachel W.!) We have never felt rushed during an exam and our questions have always been answered to our satisfaction. I appreciate the follow up calls from the staff after an appointment, too. Just knowing they care that meds were being tolerated and Jack was doing better meant a lot! You may be able to find lower-cost care elsewhere, but it will not come with the same satisfaction and peace of mind that Fort Street Vet consistently provides for your fur babies! Benson, Jack and Nina all give FSV 4 paws up! ??

The most amazing and capable people we’ve ever met that honestly love and care for your pets as much as anyone could. The honesty and professionalism was really overwhelming. The care is amazing by everyone in the building. Dr Jennifer Jones and Dr Smith are incredible. The reception staff of Jill, Zach, and Trista ( and more) for example are so welcoming and professional when you walk in the door and beyond. I’m sure there are more friendly staff but the names escape me now. We came in worried and scared about our sick girl and they all helped way more than we expected. I’ll go out of my way to tell people about these wonderful professionals at Fort Street Veterinary. Thank you all again and again.
