if you take a heavy magnetic and hit the sensor it should come apart. that happened to me before. I just Google it and that's what it told me amd it actually worked I didn't have that big or strong of a magnet but I just kept hitting it really hard with what I had amd it released it

I am unhappy with the lack of professionalism of the people who work at the cash register. I went to the store yesterday and bought 1 boot. and a few more things. leaving the store. the alarm went off, the cashier didn't remove the alarm from his jacket. (when I got home the boot wasn't in the bag). I had to return to the mall the next day. I went to the store again, bought some things... and retrieved the boots that hadn't been put in the bag. (I got home again, and again the girl at the register didn't remove the alarm from the dress! How do you wear the dress?! (I don't live in Omaha... and the neighboring city doesn't have the forever store! Yeah? a lack of attention to the customer. the cashiers need to pay more attention, this is the second time! if every time I go to the store, I will have to remove everything from the bag and check it before leaving the store. Could someone please help me? give me a support where I could remove the alarm from the dress? or am I going to have to go to Omaha for the 3x???

Got my Daughter at two hundred dollar gift card for her birthday just for her not to be able to use it. The Machines have been down for over a week , This is the second week i've checked to see if corporate has done their duty to fix this matter. To my surprise it's still not fixed , from the employees knowledge As I was told they had no idea when. Had I known I would have chose a different store gift card this is truly disappointing ?

I witnessed one of you cashiers bring so disrespectful to a customer today that i dropped my items and left the store. And I promise you I will NEVER return! Seriously this store doesn't deserve my money or anyone elses!

I thought the experience shopping here was really good. I personally don't like when a bunch of employees constantly ask me if I need help finding anything. They let you shop at your own pace here and I really enjoyed that. I found exactly what I was looking for in under 5 minutes.

I went looking for a dress that online said was in stock @ location. It advertises plus size, but there was nothing bigger then large, and I couldn't believe they were saying it was a large, it looked like a small. I wasn't impressed with the quality either. If I was a teen sure, it'd be an OK place for clearance maybe...

the reason i’m leaving 1 star is because the cashier that checked me out lied to me. she asked if i wanted to be a part of rewards OR apply for a credit card. she then began to explain the benefits of joining the REWARDS program. i made it clear i didn’t want a credit card and she said they have an in store rewards card and a separate credit card. so i believed her and she took my information. then i started getting asked questions that they ask when applying for a credit card, and again i asked her so am i applying for the credit card? her exact words, “they ask these questions just in case you wanted to but no this isn’t the credit card” it came to the annual income question and i hesitated, but i gave her the benefit of the doubt. after that i got approved for the “store card” which is a credit card. i should have known better but if i made it clear i didn’t want a credit card, why did she still proceed to tell me it wasn’t???

I got home and realized one of the items I bought was missing from my bag. I called the store and the phone rang for like 3 straight minutes and no one answered, so I waited a couple more minutes and called again and the same thing happened. Called back today and it was the same situation. I basically just wanted to call and check if it was still behind the counter, that’s all.I live pretty far away, so I don’t want to drive all the way out there for them to tell me they don’t know what happened to it. Why waste mine and the employees time with that?

The store was very tidy and clean. I love all of the clothes and cute accessories.I had a return and this store at Westroads mall, is the only store in Nebraska. The manager was so polite. She really went out of her way to find the item I wanted. Great job ?
