I have always heard how great everyone is here, and finally switched over after my original vet moved away. Got me in same day I called, transparent about prices, and explained everything perfectly to help my senior dog owner worries.

Called in the morning and was seen the same day for new symptom my dog was having. I learned my dog has allergies and the treatment has resolved the issues he was having. Friendly staff and greeted with a smile every time.
Morty was seen today for lack of appetite. We ere seen promptly at our appointment time and he was treated with great care and concern. We always have a good experience when seen at Florence Animal Hospital

They were great. When I made the appt I mentioned a concern I had regarding how my pup may have ingested something toxic. Professionals as they are, prior to our appointment Vet and team did further research in this issue just to be as knowledgeable as possible to better treat my pup. I'm extremely grateful they took my concern serious.However, I may say I'm relieved my pup is suffering from allergies. Poor pup but at allergies are managed with meds. So thank you doctor and staff for goung that extra mile for Casper and I.
