I’ve had to utilize this place for a cracked screen on the same phone three times (user error- constantly dropping phone) & each time has been hassle free. Will keep coming here for repair needs & will continue recommending them.

So-so experience. Not really sure what to think. I got my phone screen repaired (100% my fault), however, 2 weeks later the replacement screen failed/broke; just by swiping to open the device. The inital screen repair was reasonably priced at $330. The sales/customer service personnel were...just ok, and offered to replace the replacement screen for an additional $250. After having this device for 4.5 years without any screen cracks to 2 in 2-weeks, one could reasonably deduce that the part (and/or installation) MAY have been faulty. Zero accountability or product guarantee on that front. This is the reason I will not be returning. They can talk ALL day about standing behind their work and products, but at the end of the day, you will be lawyered into just paying for it again. You'll have better luck elsewhere.

The worst customer experience I have ever had anywhere. They refused to fully fix a phone in which they had give me as a replacement, and wanted me to spend over $150 to get a new one even though it was defective and the original one I had was fine and just needed a screen repair. I had to argue with them for hours just to admit that they had messed it up, but even after admitting they had messed it up, they still refuse to fix it for free and make anything right. Ended up fixing it myself with some basic tools and a couple of YouTube videos

Originally brought in my iPhone 11 for a new earpiece microphone, loud speaker, screen and battery. Also wanted them to clean the charging port and mircophone since they would have it all torn apart, might as well. Did the online appointment submittal and all. I bring it in Friday morning at ~10:30. Tech explained to me they had all the parts in stock brought them up to me even and he said they would have to order the ear piece speaker and it would be in tomorrow and it should be completed before EOB. No problem and quick turn around. Cool.
Here we go...
I call around 2:00 pm the next day because of no communication from them and they tell me they have to call into Apple for a repair authorization and that the front screen camera had to be recalibrated with a new screen. None of that was communicated to me up front and on top the gentleman said the recalibration process most likely wouldn't happen until Monday when they were open again. Fast forward a week later (Had to fly to a business summit out of state) I get my phone back. A family member had picked it up on my behalf on Thursday and had charged that day after she got home. It had idled for ~12 hours and in that time period it had gone down 20%. No bluetooth connections, no calls, no texts, nothing. I then call them back on that phone and in a matter of a 3 minute call it had gone down 2-3%. They say ya that shouldn't happen and tell me to bring it back for a warranty. So I find time on Tuesday the following week and come to find the door locked at 10:05 AM and no one answering the phone. AWESOME.
I try again a week later to bring it in, same guy that says " oh yea it should take us a couple hours to do." and what happens again...no communication for 6 HOURS. I call them and ask what the status of my phone is and they ran a diagnostic check on the battery which came back saying it's OK and they'll run it again to double check and call me back in 15 min...In the time it's taken me to write this review, ~30 min, I haven't received a call back.
UPDATE: Found out that it's more so on Apples end for the slow repair and NOT CPR. Apple likes to know where their own batteries are going into a phone they no longer own apparently. I've owned my phone for 5 years now and apparently they still like to know where their own stuff is going. Strange. The response time on these repair tickets are still slower than molasses in January so just expect a long turn around time. I'm just use to popping out a battery from the back of a phone and putting in a new one. So I'll bump my review up to 4 stars just because I jumped the gun on the review without knowing more of the background process. Still keeping one star off because of the lack of communication, up front and during repair.
