Omaha is lucky to have such a wonderful caring holistic vet. Everyone is kind knowledgeable and generous with their time. From the minute you walk in the door it's a positive experience. my dog would walk out the door and immediately turn back around to go back in that is how much he loved it there. Dr. Jacks always gave us a lot of hope.

Today we took our lab to an alternative vet to see if we could solve some ongoing health issues. The vet spent a lot of time with us going over all the issues that have been plaguing our poor dog over a couple of years. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. We now have some hope that with new treatments and different food, there will be improvements, especially with an ongoing ear infection. Laser was used on the ear today, along with a long lasting ointment. He also has a torn ACL, not arthritis. We hope he won't need surgery. They also have pet chiropractors and acupuncture. It's expensive, yes. But we don't like to see our canine companion suffer. 4 stars due to expense, but we love our dog!

Dr. Jen, Kim and Alyssa are amazing and truly care for your pet like their own. When my ( now late) Ellie and I started seeing Dr. Jen it was after being completely at the end of the line with traditional veterinary care with a degenerative, undiagnosable condition. I truly believe they gave us hope where there was none and extended her life and quality for as long as we could. They performed her euthanasia and I could not have hoped for a more comforting and peaceful service. Would recommend to anyone and will return with my other dog.Thanks for being a huge part of Ellies journey.

The Team at Five Elements have be Amazing for my dog Goofy of 17 years old.They've been doing acupuncture and Chiropractic Care and it is greatly helped him on his Mobility, plus everybody there is just generally good people. We greatly appreciate your service their care and their love for our best friend!

I can’t say enough great things about Five Elements. Dr.Hebel basically saved my Bingo’s life. Bingo had severe back pain and his regular vet would just give him meds that would work for a short time.

I feel so fortunate to have 5 Elements as my caregiver. My 6-year-old dachshund was bereft at the loss of my 21-year-old black cat. He stopped playing : ( & only hung out where the cat used to be. Then his back went out,& his back legs were paralyzed. Dr Grant used acupuncture & laser after the Chiropractic adjustments. After about a week, I was able to eliminate pain pills and muscle relaxers. w/an anti inflammatory my dog is walking, and peeing by himself!! I understand we have a ways to go. And we take it easy. But, instead of an expensive surgery or burying him- I have my puppy Pebbles back♡

My frenchie had IVDD. They did laser therapy and acupuncture for my on her. By the 3rd visits she was walking and had full control of her bladder and bowels.

I'm not sure where our dogs would be without Doctor Jen and her amazing staff. They make it so easy to happy and healthy dogs. The supplements that our senior dog gets from 5 Elements have kept her bright-eyed and bushy tailed even at almost 15 years old. The dietary recommendations have helped our dogs immensely. The bi-weekly chiropractic adjustments have our working dog working better than ever. I highly recommend 5 Elements.

My review is not based off of the animalDoctors as we never made it that far. But I have seen some red flags from filling out paper work taking weeks to hear back from including I had to reach out a few times to remind them I filled out an application and would like to be scheduled. First red flag was the poor communication on taking weeks to follow up on a new client. Second red flag I was toldOver the weekend phone to hold my dogs spot on the books I had to pay a $150 security deposit up front. Usually I don’t mind that but no where in the paperwork and emails and calls was I ever told about requiring a deposit to a company who I have no established relationship including trust. And you want me to just give you money immediately. Seems off to me and a few vets we’ve taken our dog too have agreed. Lastly there are no close openings. My dog has been having limping issues since our big read trip where we were at sea for days at a time and driving for hours in the car . I can tell she’s in pain. And they could not help in a sooner appointment and told me to contact a vets office. Which we have but meds can only do so much. While we were to wait about a month for a appointment . Just some Red Flags more than once which is concerning for a business.

I can not rave enough about my experience with Dr. Michelle! Working for another vet clinic myself, I can say I always go into situations where my pets are the patient with extremely high expectations ….she continues to exceed them everytime!
