Great selection of products and livestock, but what really puts this place over is how good their customer service is. They have helped me so much the past few years with their knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the hobby. They truly want to see everyone’s tank succeed and it shows. I couldn’t recommend them more.

I was nervous as I am an amateur fish owner and wanted to set up a Betta tank… the staff immediately took me around and helped me get the proper stuff, and gave me detailed instructions on how to get a great little 3 gallon tank ready for my future betta! I can’t wait to get one of the gorgeous, healthy, and active bettas they have at fish freaks once everything is cycled!
