First National Bank. the great big small bank they talk about in their ads doesn't exist. They are A-holes and take advantage of you every time the can. their only care is making money and not at all about protecting the small business or people the claim in their ads. Unfortunately I have stuck around as a client for too long but recently have switched to smaller, more personal banks with better rates. I see they haven't commented on any of their reviews so they obviously don't care.

Be careful when making cash deposits here. Make sure you know the exact amount so that there aren't discrepancies.FNBO in general has terrible online services. It's impossible to transfer money online.

Don't get their Amtrak Rewards Credit Card. Horrible customer service and reps that won't do a thing to help you.

Worst credit card customer service ever. I was never notified that my account was closed. I was making minimum payments on an account that they had closed, without knowing. It wasn't until I paid the balance in full, that I was made aware that my account had been closed 3 months prior. Customer service agent was very evasive, and unable to give reasons for anything. She was very nonchalant. It was surely a blessing in disguise. I would never want to do business with this company again. I don't know why the bank on the card switched from B of A to this bank. Horrible credit card company!!!!!

Disabled Veterans beware! I filed my tax exemption approval letter from the state in October of 2023. Now February of 2024 they are forcing me to pay my tax payment into escrow even though they confirmed my tax exemption. Do not do business with this bank. They do not appreciate nor do they care for your service they just want your money. After all the red tape and hoops you jump through just to get approved means nothing. They get the same $0 tax bill you get but will continue to charge you. I will be closing my accounts and moving my mortgage ASAP!!

I Applied for the MGM credit card thru FNBO. What a Joke of a bank. MGM should be ashamed of itself working with this bank.I am 65 Years old and have excellent credit. Home paid off.The amount I was approved for is 2,000.00. What am i a College student? The MGM offer was spend 1000.00 a month to receive 5000 Rewards points. But if I use the card and spend 1000.00 I would be dingged on my credit every time I charge more than 999.00.What a waste of my time and your workers time. I willbe contacting mgm head office to explain this situation.

I tried to charge part of a kitchen remodeling project with Home Depot to my FNBO Amtrak Rewards credit card. The customer service at FNBO accused me of attempting to use the card for "scamming." They said I was attempting to purchase a gift card at Home Depot and that that is scamming, and if I ever use the card again for scamming purposes, they will close down the card. This is what they had to say AFTER I sent an email to upper management about their denying the charge and blocking the card for a week. After a week, they graciously unblocked the card and made this threat. I had the Amtrak Rewards card for possibly 30 years because that's the number of years I am using Amtrak. But FNBO only took over managing the credit cards recently. I had automatic charges going on the card for travel on the New Jersey Turnpike and bridges and tunnel tolls. I had to swiftly change these charges to a different credit card. Not only is the customer service dangerously incompetent, but the incompetency involves upper management. I believe I have some certificates of deposit through my broker with FNBO. I plan to reinvest those funds elsewhere as soon as they come due. Unfortunately, because Amtrak requires you keep a credit card connected with their rewards program, I cannot close this card as I would like to. The organization is dangerously incompetent. I hope I don't regret my decision not to close the card entirely. They are really a dangerously inferior organization.

Don’t recommend this particular location. Both entrances from the street were closed and inaccessible. Signs said to use the East entrance. I was on the East side of the building and could not enter. Stairs going to the double tree entrance were also closed off.

FNB bought the credit card I was using from another credit card company. They charged a annual fee which arrived in the mail while I was in the hospital and rehab for two months in another state. When I returned and saw the bill I immediately called and canceled. They refunded the fee but left a late fee of $2.95. I called them again and they apologized and removed that fee as well. FNB reported to the credit bureau I was late two months. This has negatively impacted my credit score. An otherwise perfect credit rating ruined by their not clearing the matter after the first phone conversation.

Branded points travel card - seemingly random authorization declines WITH THE BRAND IT'S ASSOCIATED WITH; hours of sitting on hold with their fraud department. It just doesn't get worse than this.
