I am now a victim of identify theft because this bank allows people to create an account online without seeing a valid ID. I don't have an account with this bank and nor will I ever.

I have banked here for years and usually have no problem but the customer service today was not very good. I walked into the branch because I had to make an international wire transfer which only a banker can do, not a teller. At 2:15 in the afternoon there was one teller who was helping a customer. The other teller windows were closed. There was one customer waiting besides the man who was being helped. So three customers, including me. Behind us was a glass office with two women employees seemingly just conversing. I waited for about five minutes before asking the women in the office if I had to wait for a teller to find a banker before I could be helped. She looked a little hesitant but said she would go find someone. She disappeared and then four or five people moseyed from somewhere & started helping customers. I just wonder how long it would have been before one of the office workers would have realized they should get help for customers. It should not be up to us to get them to help. Once I had a banker to talk to, the rest of my transaction proceeded smoothly.

I had a decent experience with FNBO until my account got hacked. the teller that dealt with me didn't close my account properly which ended up with my new account being drained of money from the fraudulent charges that carried over to my new account. ever since then they have constantly told me one thing and find out that what I was told is NOT true at all. I think most of the staff needs to be-retrained on the policies and how things actually work. Not only that but i was charged TWICE for a charge that ended up leaving my account in the negative even though I hadn't used the account in weeks. I may recommend a different FNBO location but 50th and G/F st location isnt very organized or educated on their policies.

Terrible service very slow about everything customer care is awful there is a Maria that is very unhelpful and there fraud department hung up on me when I was explaining my issue with them WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
