  Paid off my balance for my MGM Rewards card from last month 4 days ago. I check my account and 25% of my limit available to use. I call customer service and they tell me there is a 10 day hold on my account to make sure bank doesn't return payment ?‍♂️?‍♂️..   My Santander account got hacked and was negative 3k. I didn't even have that much in there. The Electronic transfer read First Bankcard acct.

  I was a banker for 40 years//never have I seen such poor customer service//Customer service repts. are totally unprofessional//They work with Sheets on the East Coast//I will never buy another gal of gas from sheets after being treated so poorly
