Walked around and saw they had yeezy’s in a box at the front and so I went to ask if they are for sale and they just looked for a second and went “uhhh yeah” very judgy and then I asked for a size and they just shook there head no. Used to love the store but it’s really gotten worse over time. 5 employees there standing behind the counter not acknowledging customers and takes time for them to finish there conversation before even looking at the customer.

What an absolute embarrassment of a store. Waited 15 min just to ask if they had a size I was looking for for shoes while meanwhile you have one guy standing by the door taking personal calls not even acknowledging the customers. After I finally was helped it took another 20 min for them to find the shoe, im thinking they were still looking..nope they were in the back just talking recommend you take your business elsewhere because this place isn't it.

this place was chaos. I bought my little brother some shoes and it took 10 minutes to find someone to get his size. I kept hearing people say “does anyone even work here?” And I felt the same exact way. We tried them on and they took them to the front so we could buy them. We waited in line for 15 minutes! They had shoes ALL OVER behind the register so they don’t even know what shoes are being brought up to purchase. The shoes had a price reduced sticker on it but wasn’t actually reduced, this wasn’t the end of the world but she was hostile and seemed inconvenienced because I even asked. The store was busy and it’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing. I’m here really because they sold me TWO RIGHT SHOES!!!! my little brother lives 3 hours away and I rarely see him. Im gravely disappointed and don’t even trust going into the store for help. My brother was happy and excited but now he can’t even wear the shoes because your staff isn’t capable of doing their simple jobs. You cannot have such issues in a store where people pay $150+ per shoe. I intended to buy myself a pair too but I didn’t want to wait and hunt down another person to grab them for me. I will be calling management/corporate idc who to get this fixed.

Asked for a pair of shoes in a certain size, one associate sent me to another and proceeded to walk away from me, they never brought the shoes i asked for out. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer experience. No one is helpful and very rude. Apparently only one person can retrieve the shoes from the backroom and that takes 20 minutes to do. And when we went to pay every single employee left to the backroom. Pathetic customer service and work ethic.

Worst service!!! I asked a lady to check on a size for me and she just looked at me and walked away. It seemed like the staff was more interested in talking to each other then helping customers. When I was finally able to receive help after asking three different staff members and was ready to check out there was no one at the register, i almost walked out after wainting over 10min for someone to appear from the back doing who knows what because they sure weren't helping customers. I will never be back, shop elsewhere!

Horrible service. The staff was disrespectful, disengaged and inattentive. I waited 20 minutes for shoes to be retrieved from the back. There was a very strong smell of marijuana coming from the storage areas in the store. Absolutely no organization or visible supervision. I willNEVER return to this store and will warn everyone i see not to shop there. The entire staff needs to be terminated. After my shoes did arrive.. i was given one to try one…i guess they thought i might steal them…zero follow through from staff. I departed the store after placing the shoe behind the counter…again nofollow through from the staff…really bad service. The owner of this store should really check on their business because its a horrible representation of the company.

Worst customer service ever . Was looking for a specific shoe in a size 8 and 8.5. She said she had both . She found the 8 but I needed the size 8.5. She said it was in another box , and after didn’t make an attempt to locate it . I had family traveling for vacation and they needed the shoe which I told her , and she just looked at me and went back to sending orders. Sending orders is more important than customer service.

Terrible service, the person who serves them does not serve as sellers and is very rude, they make you wait a long time and in the end you do not find what you are looking for, it is better to use champs or fotolokers jd it is no longer useful

When we walked in no one greeted us; we had to hunt someone down to help us. Not enough employees working to the point we were in line over 40 minutes waiting to pay. My kid really wanted these shoes for her first day of school. Fastforward Guess what? The night before school she took her shoes out and she had two left shoes!!! Different sizes at that. I went back to the store and the employee didn't act surprised. Didn't apologize. He just got another pair and gave it to us. So dis interested. So disappointed in the experience that this is my first and last time I will shop here

The customer service experience was highly disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. My initial encounter with JD left me unimpressed, particularly with how they provide information. For instance, when you wanted to try on a shoe, they claimed that scanning the shoe would trigger it to appear on the screen, notifying you when it was ready. However, this wasn't the case. We were left unaware that we needed to queue in a long line to retrieve the shoes from the counter. Furthermore, if you requested a specific shoe, it was crucial to ensure they scanned it and it appeared on the screen. Otherwise, you might find yourself making a futile trip to the front, only to be sent back to rescan the shoe and queue up again. JD unquestionably needs a more efficient system.Observing the perplexed and frustrated expressions of numerous customers yesterday highlighted the inadequacy of their current setup. Additionally, it would greatly benefit the store layout if women's and kids' shoes were displayed on a separate wall. The current arrangement forces people into uncomfortably close proximity, creating a rather chaotic atmosphere. For my future shopping needs, I'll opt for Foot Locker and Champs, where I anticipate a more seamless experience.
