I would not recommend this location! I slipped out on lunch to print off and mail a few copies and ended up not getting anything done. For some reason the machine charged me for double what I printed. Since there was no one else in the store I asked Ben if he could do a quick refund. After about 10 minutes of me waiting I asked him if he knew how much longer approximately since I was on my lunch and his response was, “I really don’t know how much longer since they don’t make it easy for us here”. So, in my mind, I’m like, how much longer am I supposed to be waiting here? Then people started coming in so I just told him to cancel the refund and his response was “perfect”. No problem solving or customer service abilities whatsoever. Then, I needed to mail the copies I have printed. After getting all of my information, he goes on to tell me they cannot mail envelopes that have a P.O. Box return address. So, more time wasted. As a result, I lost money, was about 20 minutes late from lunch and had to go somewhere else to mail my stuff.

Every single time I come here, no matter what time of day, they are closed with a “be back at” sign on the gate. It doesn’t say anywhere online that they are supposed to be closed in the middle of the afternoon for hours at a time. It is such a waste of my time coming here over and over each day just trying to drop off a return package from a company that says I need to bring it to this location FedEx.
