Farrells’ Northwest has changed my life! I have always struggled with working out and nutrition. I could never seem to find workouts that stuck. I might enjoy one for a few weeks, but eventually I started to dread it. From day 1 at Farrells, it felt different. Workouts were fun! The atmosphere and people are amazing and encouraging. I look forward to my workouts everyday. I’ve been able to push myself physically and mentally like I never have before. The coaches are so supportive and the nutrition advice that they provide has made a huge difference in my experience. I am so happy that I took the plunge! You won’t regret it!

Just what I needed! I was SO nervous to start (I almost stood them up first meeting!) but loved it immediately.Workouts are structured together—3 days of strength and 3 days of kickboxing each week. Everything works together in a full body program. I just have to show up—the rest takes care of itself! No guesswork.Everyone is so nice and welcoming, and everyone is on their own personal journey. I thought it would be really intimidating—but it’s just the opposite. Such a great community.

By far the best decision I have made in a long time. I have been to every class time due to work schedule and no matter what class you go to, everyone is amazing. Melissa and Andye are both amazing and truly care about everyone there. Everyone that attends the classes whether it be the 10 week challenge or fit class, care about you and want to see you succeed and will support however they can. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Even if they pressure me into tutu day when none of the other guys would!

I love this gym and the people that are a part of it. I’ve been at this location for many years now and haven’t once questioned my decision. Even now that I live in CA, I still take daily classes through zoom! Kickboxing, strength training, and help with nutrition are the key facets but the owners provide so much more. They truly care about their members and strive to help everyone become the best version of themselves. I have found some of my best friends through this gym as well as improved my health and mental wellness.

Been working out at Farrell's Northwest for over a year. Owners Melissa and Andye have been with me every step of the way offering encouragement and accountability even when I'm inconsistent with my attendance. They want you to succeed and will help in any way they can. After you do the 10-week challenge, they offer other creative challenges so things don't get stale with your workout. Great instructors; offering classes on Zoom is so convenient. Highly recommend.

I transferred to the Northwest Omaha Farrells location and love it. Instructors are motivating and workout with you. I watch them even greet those who are working out from home with our class. They really seem to care about everyone in each class. The owners are very nice and I highly recommend this location!

Love this place! Everyone is so helpful and encouraging. You have people at various phases of their own fitness journey supporting each other. It’s such a positive community and joining has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!

I came to Farrell's 1 year postpartum. I was out of shape and really intimated, but I quickly fell in love with it. The coaches are so hands on, everyone in the classes are on different levels, and there are modified moves for just about everything. They educate you about nutrition, setting realistic goals, and how to take care of your body. I not only look better but feel stronger and have more energy to keep up with my kids!

Love this gym! Owners really care and want you to become the best version of yourself and help you reach your goals. I have lost 30 lbs in one year, made awesome friends and feel better than I did 20 years ago.

Such a great community and atmosphere to work out in! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, Farrell's provides a great workout with kickbozing and strength training. Seven years in and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Fun, small gym atmosphere. Structured 6 day (Mon-Sat) workouts with multiple attendance options each day. 3 days of kickboxing and 3 days of strength training. Plenty of friendly people to help keep you motivated and hold you accountable. Zoom option if you cannot make it in. Session (10 weeks) long contests and competitions that are optional. Working out is only part of the culture, nutrition is the other part. Several small meals a day, high protein low carb. When you join you will get macros that show how much your intake should be for each meal. Classes are for everyone, no matter how coordinated or uncoordinated you are.

The first time I walked through the door at Farrell’s, I realized immediately this is not just another gym, it quickly became a community of friends that want me to succeed in feeling my best.It does not matter your fitness level. The instructors are there to teach you everything you need to know, make sure you have proper form and are always willing to answer any questions.

I was a little intimidated trying this place for the first time. But I’ve been here over a year now and I love it!! The workouts are great and the people are even better. I really like balance of kick-boxing and strength training and the different challenges keep me motivated to go every day.

Very personable people that actually care about your fitness goals. They will be with you every step of the way to help you succeed, whether that includes showing up for 45 minutes for yourself or helping create meal plans to hit your macros. Highly recommend!

FXB is more than a gym! For me, it has been a supportive community that has come alongside me in my journey to live a healthy lifestyle. I love that FXB combines strength training, kickboxing, and nutrition guidance in their program to help with weight loss.
