Very solid opening day. Enjoyed the cardio portion, but please be attune to those of us with knee issues and offer options. Lunges and squats are not for everyone.

I love FXB 180 ? it’s an all around great program. When u sign up they assign you a coach. This coach helps you in class with techniques on how to kick and punch. The instructors will pull you aside and turn their microphone off and talk to you one on one.. I have had a lot of one on one talks?Also the nutrition is the hardest part for most people. They have u write down everything you put in ur mouth for the -0 week challenge and send it to your coach. It helps with accuracy and follow through. Great program. Highly recommend this to anyone looking to feel better all around.

The 10 week program changed my life. The support, nutrition and workouts are unmatched. Since starting at Farrell's 4 1/2 months ago I have lost a total of 15 lb I've also lost a total of 12 in I've lost 5% of body fat and gained 4% muscle mass and that's without me going the regularly like i should be. I can only imagine the changes I would see had I been having perfect attendance but thats on me. what's most important is how much confidence I've gained in myself. I think the greatest thing about Farrell's is the compassion and care the instructors and coaches have for the clients. Now the instructors and the coaches are people just like us people that started in the program and just fell in love with the program so they've been in the same position that you and I both have so there's nothing that they might not know that you might be going through.During my 10-week challenge I suffered a major loss in my family and I can't think Abby and Eva enough for their love and compassion and just sticking by my side and holding me accountable to help me try to at least push forward.I still have a lot of goals to reach and this is the place that I want to do so so if you want to change your life set your alarm in the morning and start today or tomorrow this is the place to do so Dan is a wonderful person and he can help you get it startedThank you FXB 180?NICOLE H

When I started my fitness journey I weighed 330 pounds. In a year I lost over 70 pounds and have kept it off all with the help of Farrell’s. The coaches, the community, the goal setting, the accountability are all amazing!! I’m so happy I started going there!!

I have had a membership to 180th Farrell’s for over a year now. And I still feel motivated to reach my body goals and continue good exercise habits because of the staff and facility!

In 5 weeks my husband lost over 25lbs and continued to be a member after the 10-week challenge.I came a few days during 'free week' and although I usually hate classes, the time went fast and I felt amazing the rest of the day (whereas when I run in the morning I'm usually worn out the rest of the day.). I had different trainers for each session and they were all good. The other members, in addition to the coaches, are super helpful in helping learn the combinations or correct form. Its like everyone is there for the same handful of reasons and, in those shared goals, is support as a group. Only 'cons' I can share would be:~It is 'echo-y' which, with the music, can make the instructor hard to understand(common in most fitness class settings I've experienced.). Insulation on the ceiling could help this but otherwise just follow the instructor or other members.~Sometimes the fast paced music is just too fast for some - to keep pace and form can be a struggle with some of the songs chosen - but you can always go at your own pace. The goal is to do YOUR best.*****I've already recommended other friends to give it a try. It's a great way to get back into a work out routine, help train for an event, or develop an overall healthier lifestyle for the long run.

I signed up for a 10-week challenge and am super thankful I did. I've never really felt comfortable at a gym before this. The people are genuinely nice and supportive, and I’m feeling better and healthier every day.

Farrell's has completely changed my life! It is the first workout I've done that actually makes me want to continue for the long term. It is a great, non-judgmental community where everyone truly supports and cheers for each other. I can't recommend it enough!

Best gym around! I’ve belonged to many different gyms over the years and Farrell’s exceeds all the others! Not only is the community great, but the workouts are always so fun- plus it’s a great stress relief!

First the first time in my life, I LOOK FORWARD to going to the gym! I've never been a gym person before, preferring to workout on my own, but I took a chance a little over 3 years ago, not knowing anyone at the gym, and fell in love immediately! So much support from staff and members. My only regret is that I waited so long to try it!
