Thank you for a wonderful store in my neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly, polite and helpful. The cashiers are amazing. The young workers are out of their way friendly and helpful. Love your new store.

Had an issue with one of the meat counter employees. I specifically asked for my steaks to be wrapped individually & he told me he couldn't do it. Any other Fareway does it for me, so I didn't understand why he wouldn't, other than I ordered 10 steaks and it would take some time. I will just continue to go to 90th Center locations even though the Fort location is more convenient for me.

They hire these young kids that don’t know where anything is. I get eye rolls from the employees. this store is not welcoming. No diversity in the staff makes me really wonder. I’m writing this because the heavy set lady with the strawberry blonde hair and glasses that sits at the self check out is completely rude. The check out machine had an issue with upc on a bakery item. This lovely lady decided to watch the video 3 times insisting I didn’t ring the item up and clearly I did if she had to watch the video 3 times. She didn’t want to click no fault and let me ring up the rest of my stuff. She also told my kids they have horns. There’s no manager in sight every time I come in there it’s like the freaking twilight zone. I will start documenting my experiences from now on but mainly will be shopping at Bakers or Hyvee because they’re not extremely over priced like this store is. Terrible experiences every time I come in

Start with positive, Clean store and very friendly staff. great location, and well stocked. Great cheese prices in the meat/deli
Cons: Meat department is just a bit off here. I frequent 2 fareways and this one the lunch meat seems to spoil after a day or two. I have got and thrown away more than id like to admit after 2 days. ( i stopped wasting money, And first time ever the fresh ground Italian sausage was overly salty and i like spice but felt the medium spiced sausage was mixed in as it was loaded in red pepper flakes. Anyways cannot use for the recipe or breakfast as its just to over done with seasoning.
That being said. super close so will use for emergency items however will drive to another location for meat. Food prices are too high in general to get subpar quality.
