Outstanding customer service! As soon as I entered I was greeted by a manager and asked about my knowledge of the stores offerings. Family Fare has joined forces with True Value to provide both offerings together. I was able to use my gift card for both sets of items. Even the deli attendant explained what was available and the differences in products. Overall a great experience! I felt like I walked into the stores of my youth when employees cared about each and every customer and didn't mind helping you no matter how big or small the purchases. I will be back!

Just a bad place to shop for food and more expensive than bakers or hyvee.Near universally their prices are around Thirty or Fifty cents or a buck more expensive per item. I was surprised that even the uncommon and non familiar name brand stuff was more expensive. This wasn't a case of cherry picking either, I brought my weekly list that I'd usually pick up. Lettuce, soup, crackers, hamburger, cereal, salad dressing, frozen pizza, soda, milk, cheese.... all were noticeably more expensive. Even the soda that claimed to be "on sale" was more expensive than the same kind on sale in other stores.

I like Family Fare. Recently purchased a 10 lb pork shoulder butt to make into sausage. Very nice cut of meat and it turned out to be perfect. The folks there are always friendly and the prices are competitive.

It's obscene what the prices on some things have crept up to.They rely on you thinking this is the budget grocery store, when in reality things like toothpaste are cheaper literally anywhere else.

I've shopped at various Fareways for many years. But my husband was unfamiliar with them. He's a big fan now, though! He actually works for a competitor and gets a discount there. But after several weeks of comparing prices, Fareway almost always comes in with better prices on the very same things, even when considering the discount at the other place. Now the bulk of our grocery shopping is done at Fareway. It's not just about prices, though. The produce is better quality, the meats are consistently excellent, and the sales are top-notch. Fareway is not as conveniently located for us as other stores, but it is always worth driving a bit out of our way.

I truly do not know how this place stays afloat. I occasionally shop here because I live so close but have never made it home without something being rotten/expired. Then when you let them know they are very casual about it and expect you to just come get a new product. Umm no. Do better please. Just do better.

I was homeless.sleeping in my car and the very end of your parking lot by work. Not causing a problem. Instead of asking of asking me to leave, you called the police, made me wait outside company lines and sign a never return order. I never caused a problem, a simple discussion would have solved it all. Thank you Family Fare for your help in the homeless situation

I don’t normally leave reviews but how can you have so much moldy rotten fruit on display for ppl to buy. It’s gross produce should be the first thing you’re checking expirations on.

144th & West Center Bakery is THE BEST! Very accommodating, friendly and helpful! It's hard to find TRUE customer service like I experienced at this location today. I cannot say the same for the 2 other major grocery stores in Omaha.
