I walk in and go straight to the floral/balloon section. There's a lady behind the counter comfortably looking through a catalog. She looks up as I walk by but doesn't say anything and continues to look down. As soon as I begin to look at balloon and walk back to the counter where she was, she's quickly leaving the area and said, "if you need help, you'll have to go to customer service, I'm leaving." And then she just kept walking away without a care in the world. This is an isolated incident, but very disappointing. I left.

Today I stopped in just for a few things. This is not my primary grocery store for shopping. Usually just for one off items I forgot or don't feel like driving a long distance to get those items. Entering the store today it appeared to be well stocked with plenty of staff on hand. Overall the quality of the food in the store looked good. I checked out the sushi section to see how fresh it looked and it appeared to have been prepared same day. The meat section was well stocked and produce section was well stocked. I was in the market for some bagged salad which I was not super impressed with. I had to search through a number of bags to find one that did not contain wilted lettuce. This is an issue I have seen here before. Either the salads are completely gone and there is no stock or the stock they have is not the best quality. Went and made one more stop by the wine and spirt section. When it come to all the big name brands they have it on hand but other stores in the local area carry a larger variety of craft beers and larger selection of names in spirts. The other issue I have with wine and spirt section is I notice the pricing even when on sale is 3-5 dollars more then other stores in the area. Went to check out with a couple items and didn't have toWait long as plenty of registers were open. The checker I had was welcoming and told me to have a nice day. This location has a Starbucks on site but beware the high school is right next door so I would avoid trying to get your favorite drink or snack when school is about to start or it is getting out as it can become a mad house.

I called the papillion family fare store and ordered a turkey and ham dinner for Thanksgiving to be picked up on the 23rd but I recently had to cancel the ham dinner and Alyssa help me both times that works in the deli department and she was amazing she was the most courteous friendliest employee I have ever run across so please acknowledge this for her because she deserves it again thank you Alyssa for making my Thanksgiving special and I'm also visiting from Miami so it's really special

We got my parent's cake for their 40th anniversary at the Family Fare in Elkhorn. Upon receiving the cake, I was pretty disappointed in the writing especially the first name which is supposed to read Kevin. It was as if they rushed the whole thing. But I wasn't going to let that bother me too much. We ordered a mint flavored cake and the top part was OK, but once you got in the middle and ate the chocolate cake and the inside cream it tasted like eating toothpaste and it was so strong like they had accidentally dumped the whole flavoring bottle in there. It was very bitter and inedible. Would highly recommend getting a cake elsewhere. I did call them and they gave me my money back, but when I had explained what was wrong didn't apologize or anything. The customer service was definitely lacking as if they didn't care at all. That's unfortunate because had I known that, I wouldn't have chosen them in the first place with such a special cake for a milestone anniversary .

Peggy and Patrick are the best in town! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile. They have given me valuable information about how to mix up medications and possible side effects of medications I was prescribed that my Dr. didn't mention. I will be using Family Fare Pharmacy for all of my pharmaceutical needs for the foreseeable future.

I usually go to Hyvee vs other grocery stores but I gave Family Fare an opportunity and I don't regret this choice. As I walked into the store, an employee greeted me warmly which was surprising since most Hyvee employees don't say anything even though its part of their corporate policy. The store was a bit messy but not filthy, just needed a reorganized cleanup by the night crew. The second thing I noticed was certain items such as salsa are well stocked and with more variety than Hyvee. I picked up spicy dip that I cannot locate in other stores. The beer selection is actually better here too. You are allowed to mix and match, a 6 pack generic cardboard holder are available to take different single servings and create your own 6 pack, all for one reasonable price. Checkout was very quick and friendly. I didn't have one of their frequent shopping cards to receive a discount but he ended up swiping a card in order to save me $1.67. This was a very nice gesture which was appreciated. Based on this experience. I will be shopping at this grocery store more often in West Omaha.

Decent grocery store. Bought out or took over No Frills.Prices seem fair. Though, I'm not as militant about grocery prices as some customers are.It pales in comparison to a Hy-Vee when it comes to bakery, deli, and meat counter.There's a Starbucks inside.

Complete understand why this place has such a low rating! The guy that was checking me out made me feel so harassed by the way he talked to me! Why didn't I go to target?

They have only one check out person. There were 4 people in line at 2 P.M. They force you to use the self checkout to save money on workers. I went through the self check out to buy some liquor. Someone had to come to supervise age, and remove cap. The machine said "someone will be with you soon." It took ten minutes to get someone there. If they are cutting back on workers, I will not shop there again.

Always friendly service here. Has a Starbucks inside which is nice however they don't accept reward stars. Plant selection is wonderful for both house and garden. Love that they have fresh herb plants.
