I just left the store located on 45th Ames Avenue in Omaha Nebraska. The female employee wearing glasses was using profanity and loud with it and there was at least 15 customers in the store. She also took a phone call, I guess from another employee that was going to be late and she screamed " Oh hell no" into the phone, really loud. Sad way to represent your store..

0 stars if I could ? I literally walked in and grabbed a buggy and before I could even get my kids in the cart someone ran out stealing a whole basket of stuff and both workers didn’t care and I think one was in on it because she told me it was okay

I shouldn’t have to walk in there at 9:15-9:30 and they only accept card payments… nobody drawer should be shut down until 10pm when those doors get locked I’m really starting to get sick of family dollar and I really think there should be a different more reliable store in that space

This store is very clean and tidy. Workers have done a great job keeping it up. And the ladies were nice as well.

If I could give the 0 stars I would for the fact my children were sent up there with cash money didn't even get to purchase anything cause right off the bat they were getting accused of stealing when my child had to use the restroom calling them names that are inappropriate. So my kids ended up buying the things at the gas station cause of this. And when I called about it they were very unprofessional.

That white guy that looks like a crack head is very rude and definitely needs to be fired ASAP he didn’t put all my items in my bag and when I called I called 2 times back to back and he answered saying I don’t have to call 7 times in a row just being very rude than when I tell him he didn’t put all my items in my bag he says I don’t know what to tell you there’s nothing at the front counter so you must have all of your items and hung up on me when I called back he literally said the same thing and hung up on me I don’t care if my item was only $5 it’s not in my bag so I paid for something I don’t have I would not recommend that family dollar until he gets FIRED every one else is really nice
