I go to buy a few items needed and come to find out a twiggy blonde meth headed looking employee from across the river buys out most of a particular product i would buy in bulk as a custimer for myself but the moment its ordered she buys it for herself after it's ordered. So she was all jumpy and chatty like she dosent sleep much and won't be going back after seeing thr employee buysbiut the good product

If your hire new employees make sure there not on drugs, they are disrespectful and not professional and affect store image. I been coming to store last 2 yrs and a new employee the from the moment we walked in immediately started to follow my son there dad was next to him assuming he was making a mess at store just bc he was looking at toys. And while we were at check out started running her mouth about my son not 1 x did he misplaced toys he was supervised by his father all times and by our eye sight all times very unprofessional and not a good person to represent your company she rude and clearly she just don’t like children she should work somewhere else I understand if my son was making a mess or didn’t know how to act I would of worked with her and understood her point I know there are children don’t know how to act but this situation was other wise. I’ve never had a situation with anyone from this location until know.
She said he can’t be touching toys or he need to get out !!

Don't trust the Family Dollar Advertised Sale Prices or the price scanned on the product. I went today to get Folgers coffee because the Family Dollar app showed a sale price of $6.95. I found the Folgers coffee on sale and scanned the bar code on the coffee to make sure I had the correct sale item and the price showed as $6.95. But the register rang it up at $8.90 so I spoke to the manager to correct it. According to the manager, regardless if the app says $6.95 and the bar code when scanned says $6.95, the sale price must have been pulled and there's nothing she can do about it. I've ran into this problem before at the store and they've corrected it. And now suddenly they say they can't do anything about it. Very disappointing experience and I'll go to Dollar General from now on.

I tried working here. The manager (Bonnie) micromanages severely. When I told her I had schizophrenia and the way she was treating me made the voices worse she chuckled and said she was just talking to me normally. I have no issues shopping here but when it comes to working don't work here until Bonnie is gone. Everybody else treated me with respect. Also I was asked to follow a homeless man around the store to make sure he didnt steal anything which in my opinion goes against the whole equal rights policy that the store has in place.

Went to this store to buy a pair of gloves.upon enter the store was single out for no reason.The Spanish lady wear the black shirt is racist.I was asked to leave my bag upfront no problem the sarcastic tone coming from the young spam lady was saying she judging me as I walk around to look for gloves I see none.What i do see is people walking around with back packs on there were seval other Spanish people walking around with there bags also the store is dirty and unorganized mangment needs to do better here i bet money that the spainsh lady that was wearing the black shirt today be leting her freinds famly steal from this store

Sure Family Dollar has changed every time I walk in the door which is in my neighborhood there's new help I've never seen a company go through so much help I'm not sure if it's the help or the company I'll let somebody else decide that answer as far as the stuff that's there well it's there it's not a dollar it's not even close to most dollars but it's not just a sign of the times maybe change the sign to Welcome to the dollar store always changing still here??

I understand why they are what to close this location, no one wants to wait on you if you have cash. Had to wait for the to break a 20 an I had spent 14 dollars. Don't waste your time!!!

The manager is great and gives out wonderful customer service. I'm a secret shopper for few franchise. I always go to the 13th s/[re. Fast but on truckk days an next day there's a lot to put out so a little cudder.But I have seen in the month of December selves were stock and items were off the store. So there's been a some good management with her employees being organize an the flow of customers just came in spaces but steady .And a big applause for th÷m being team players. I was I'mpress by the last few times I shop there . Hard workers with pleasant smile. ... GREAT JOB! GREAT CREW !
