This store is a joke. Always cluttered, in the aisles and behind the counter. Told me they aren't accepting returns, then proceeds to tell me only the manager is able to do returns and wont be in for another 2 days, not the 3 of them standing behind the counter not doing anything. I live a few blocks up on St.Marys ave and would rather go to any other Family Dollar but this one, regardless of convenience. Attitude is always crappy and act like we are bothering them or impeding them from doing absolutely nothing. Pretty sad when losing customers has nothing to do with your products or corporation as a whole, just laziness and unwillingness to help a customer. Do better.

i went in the store around 1:40pm May 18th the women working the register was so rude she was on the phone and cared more about her phone and gave sass because she didn’t know how to do her job lol she was an older women with brown/black hair. terrible makeup by the way

I live right down the street . Great experience and very friendly. They are hard working peopke just tired due to the volume of work they need the help.

The place is a little scary due to homeless people roaming around outside but I haven’t had any major problems. Depending on who is working, the service could be better. They don’t let you return electronics so be aware of that.
