I had an appointment and no one called to tell me they weren't going to be there. We waited for an hour for them to show up then they couldn't do the job because they had kids with them. And now he's trying to cover up the fact that he delivered terrible service. He brought kids with him as an excuse and I don't excuse that. They were very professional, and very respectful. The car detailing was absolutely wonderful. When I picked up the car the carpet, seats, and total interior were shining clean, and smelled like a new car. The cleanliness was fabulous. On top of the amazing work, the owner went above and beyond (literally) to have my services done quickly AND with amazing quality. They also worked to make sure it was affordable and done with care.
