Tyler helped us buy an ideal house! I have to say Tyler is the best house buyer agent ever! He is super professional and reliable! I know Tyler by watching his YouTube channel, and I learned a lot from his videos about how to buy a house. He shares many knowledge/tips that not every agent wants to tell. Also, Tyler is a super sweet agent. He never pushes us to buy any houses. Actually, sometimes he told us directly -- "we might find other better houses with this price". You know he is the person standing there and telling you steadily "Do not worry about it, we will find a better one". Sometimes, when we met a lovely house, we were super excited and especially other people gave offers too, and we wanted to give a higher offer, Tyler stood out and told us "I do not think this house is worth of this money unless you really want this". Tyler always respects our ideas, and at the same time, he will tell us his professional advice even though sometimes it will hurt his benefit. I would strongly recommend Tyler as the buyer agent to all of my friends! He is the best!

My house sold in 30 hours for over asking. Tyler kept on schedule for photos and going live with the listing. It was totally pressure free. He responded to my needs and questions quickly. It closed in less than 30 days. I am recommending him to everyone.

Working with Tyler was a blasts. My wife and I bought our first home with him. He walked us through the process with much grace and patience. He didn’t mind answering the same questions twice or more, and no questions were off limits. He even guided us to the home we eventually closed on which was not on our radar when we first began looking. His expertise helped us get into the home at 2% below the best available interest rates on the market. Last but not least, he did most of this while we were across the country. We are a military family, and Tyler knew exactly where we needed to look to be within ten minutes of base. He also guided us to make using the VA loan a smooth process.We are so happy we were able to work with Tyler. You will be too.
