I rented a vehicle from Enterprise through my insurance and was over charged and Dan promised me he'd look into and get it solved and it's been over a month and he won't return my calls at all!

While my car was in the shop, due to inventory issues, I got to drive a car that cost more than my house. Lol. Great service super friendly staff.

Kelly is so nice and helpful - I’ve never had to get a rental before so she took time to explain everything to me!! She even remembered the conversation we had when i picked up my vehicle and asked about it. The parking lot here is hard to navigate but the staff is so friendly.

Amazing amazing amazing!!I love this location. They are always smiling, very welcoming and patient, and always know how to help you best. Dalton helps me each time I come in and hes such a kind person to work with but I had the pleasure of working with Dan this time on obtaining the rental car (he was very thorough, efficient, and quick). Sheridan helped me when dropping off the rental and she was super quick and made sure I had a ride home as well. Kelly did me a huge favor and called me letting me know my last day was scheduled today for the rental car. I cant explain how much I appreciate the notice and phone call because my insurance failed to tell me and i wouldnt have had time to figure anything out. Thank you so much to this super start team!! I hope these individuals get the recognition they deserve!

I am very disappointed after making reservation a month in advance for a car to be at my airport. NO CAR ARRIVED and spent 2 hours on phone with 7 different transfers. Nobody could tell me where my car was. Local Enterprise had no record of it and they could not stay 10 minutes after closing time for me to get there for a different vehicle. The national number to rent a vehicle said they would expedite a message for a district manager to call me to see where my car is. I had to put my trip on hold and NOBODY EVER CALLED ME BACK. Ten (10) days later I have never heard back from them. I understand we all make mistakes but NOBODY was willing to help me or even call me back. They are should be glad I was so cordial and patient. Many people would have really blown up over this be mess, delayed trip, schedule changes and no help on their end. I have several rentals in the next few months and I will never trust ENTERPRISE Rent a Car for any of my trips again!

They never have vehicles available and you never get what you reserve. I had asked for a luxury rental my car was in the body shop for repairs. They had a mini van and a mini cooper. The reservation said luxury they had time to get a vehicle but didn’t I told Kayla I wasn’t happy with the choices she said I’ll call you when we get something better but never received the call. On top of that it took forever to get the rental and it didn’t have gas in it so they had to go put gas in the car. I work overnight so I wanted to get in and out but that wasn’t the case. The customer service is not great very disappointed. I always use Enterprise when traveling but it usually the airport locations. I will not use this location again.

The employees were very nice but inventory was lacking making for a long wait for a vehicle even with appointment. The car I did receive was clean and what I asked for.

1st off s/o to Dolton. He always take care of me and my wife when we come in for a rental car. This entire location has been great to us overall but I can honestly say this enterprise location is our favorite.. Go see Dolton he will do what he can to help you. They also make you feel welcome. Great customer service and communication I love it. Anything that excites my wife make me happy.

Customer service at the 23rd and Harney location in Omaha, NE was superb. I have rented from this location before for personal reasons, but had to deal with an insurance claim this time around. Kelly was incredibly helpful when it came to any questions or issues I had in dealing with the insurance company.

Best place to rent a car. Staff is really friendly especially Dan.Out if all the places I have rented this enterprise location is at the top!Highly recommended!

Will never rent anything from here, conduct very poor & unprofessional business, ripp off. Avis or Budget is a much better choice. Lies lies misleading very shady .

Harney St Enterprise is the best rental staff I have ever worked with, not close. Ryan H and Katherine C are seriously wonderful people. Our car was deemed undrivable and we had to leave it at the shop. Insurance was slow to send Enterprise the authorization they needed and despite that, they secured us a vehicle a day earlier than expected, upgraded us to a SUV for more space and safety (I am pregnant and have a 1 year old), and communicated with us in very quick fashion. In addition, they were so kind when we went to pick up the vehicle and went out of their way to provide us with two different vehicle options. They turned a stressful day into a very happy one!

I filled everything out online and I use my passport driver's license card which is a driver's license that's issued to you by the United States of America to drive to Canada or Mexico or in the United States and they said that's not a valid driver's license but it's issued by America. Then when I get there they go we're sorry our system accepted it that's something we'll have to let our corporate office know not to do for next time but if your system accepted it obviously you take it because it knows the difference between a driver's license and a passport number they're totally different numbers so since your system was willing to accept it obviously it's acceptable they said it's not but America issued me the driver's license not Nebraska the United States. Waste of time waste of money waste of energy all because your system doesn't recognize the difference between a United States passport and a state issued driver's license.

Hello, my insurance company called this location made the reservation and kayla stated that I failed to show up for the rental.I stated to her no your office called and stated no availability was the issue. Then they called and reserved it again and again Kayla told me oh we don’t have any availability and then to call at 3 pm so I called nope no availability was what I was told yet again. It’s now day three I don’t have a rental.I have been told it’s the reservation lines fault.I was told today that insurance was a priority and I should have been given a car yesterday.I would never do business at this location and I’m reporting this location to my insurance carrier.
