“Stopped at UFixIt on Farnam St today and was met with fast & efficient customer service. Thank you Joseph for taking care of us, as my 3 boys are always having PS4 issues. I called a few other places who were out of our price range. Joseph let me know our PS4 would be fixed within the next 2 weeks, for only $69. This will be a early Christmas present, as I also will be bringing our other PS4 to get fixed as it is having the same issues. Thank you once again Joseph for the amazing customer service. We will be back!”

“I just wish there was some follow-up, I’ve been calling once a week for about a month or longer, and I’m told that they are looking for parts, I hate to keep calling but no one is contacting me and now my estimate is much higher than the original quote! So I’m waiting for the outcome, what else can I do UPDATE, Scott did an amazing job repairing my television, it is like brand new, no error messages like I was getting before, my pictures/ screen is bright and sharp and I was charged and extremely fair price!
