Down hill they go, where they’ll stop, nobody knows! Eddie Bauer has not only turned woke, they’ve also significantly lessened their warranty. Clothes used to have a year warranty, period. Now it must be unworn, unwashed, WITH the tags. Even though they track all of your purchases via you account. How can you call that a warranty? That’s not a warranty, that’s just a long return policy. Check out Lands End and Duluth Trading if you want an actual warranty. I won’t spent another dime at Garbage Eddie Bauer!

David is amazing! I recently relocated to Omaha from Orange County, CA. My ex-husband came for a visit this snowy, freezing weekend with only a light sweatshirt I rushed him to Eddie Bauer where I got my winter jacket. We were only there for a jacket, David pulled two that were perfect. I started to suggest jeans and shirts. David pulled some outfits together and we ended up leaving with 2 jackets, 2 pairs of gorgeous jeans, a flannel, and 2 long sleeve button up shirts.

So tired of being cheated with the posted sales. More often than not, when checking out, the sales assocuate says the item I'm purchasing is not included in the sale, even when you take the item from the sales rack.

I have been to Eddie Bauer a few times over the years so surprised I haven't given them a review yet. Very friendly staff and high quality products. Reasonable prices but they often have deals so don't miss out. Lots of fun items to browse and cool gadgets. Get down here and check it out.

I was going to buy some badly needed clothing but I guess not I was the only person in store but you have to wear a mask. ? I wasn't planning on robbing the store and bath and body didnt require them......hope u guys go out of business fast

Paradise for tall guys with a semi-outdoorsy style. Apparel is good quality. Everything is always on sale, so don’t feel pressured to buy because something is “40% off.” It’ll be the same next week. They also happily accept online returns. Friendly employees.
