Did online order pickup. When picking up 2 employees just stood there talking while we waited. The other lady was busy with another customer. Someone came from the back eventually and helped us. They apologized for the wait and helped us quickly.

They 100% saved my Christmas by helping me fix my online order for my sons. The manager went way above and beyond. I’m so thankful! My faith in Duluth Trading has been restored and they keep me as a customer!!

I had a fantastic interaction with Cal at this location. Even though the interaction was short as I was briefly there for a pair of jeans; Cal was tremendously friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I left the store with a lasting positive impression. Keep hiring great people like Cal.

If you can find a sale or deal, most stuff in here is very cozy and well-made. But I'm super unwilling to pay $200 for a hoodie. Fix your prices and I'll shop here every day.I will say the flannel-lined jeans get me through winter.
