I had a great buying experience with Jesse. I am very new to buying coins, and Jesse was very helpful, respectful and knows his business. I never felt rushed towards any purchase and I felt like I was being treated as a long term customer instead of a first timer that just walked in for the first time.I really like Jesse's vibe as a businessman, I like that DSS has a good inventory and I look forward to going back.

Absolutely love this place it smells delicious in there it is so professional it is perfectly located off of 13th St., Jesse was amazing he is the gentleman who helped us he is extremely knowledgeable extremely cute and we go there 100 times more I recommend for anybody that has any coin questions any coins of any type go there you will love it

Sellers do not go to DSS COIN & BULLION with expectations of a smooth transaction. Made an agreement with them on a $4600 sale both parties signed the paper. I asked multiple times for the transaction to be completed in cash. All they wanted to do was PayPal after I ask for cash. Now it is my fault that the payment is pending they canceled the transaction. Don't worry they said they would still buy but not at the agreed amount of $4600 because they had to cancel the transaction. What a joke of a business thank you for making me call multiple times to figure this situation out never once called me after signing the paper and having me write my number down. My transactions with many local buyers are always simple and effortless cash in hand and both parties leave happy.

Made several purchases from this seller over the past few months. Recent purchases were delayed by 9 days never received even though seller said issue was on USPS side which wasn't true. Maybe they didn't want to fulfill the order due to profit I don't know but very disappointed and wasted a lot of valuable time on this issue.

Downtown location. Little or no parking and had to walk two blocks. What turned out to be the coin area was dark but was eventually buzzed in. Most coins were on shelves in the back and were delivered to the counter in baskets. I was interested in silver dollars and dimes of which they had a few dozen; approx. half PCGS and half NGC. While someone hovered, I discovered most were very common dates that I already possessed. The Morgans in 2X2's were cleaned. A light was provided to use a loupe. While I waited, someone entered and asked if so-and-so "had anything for him". This is obviously a shop that caters to locals and they don't want you loitering around and seriously considering rare coins. No stools or chairs/table. I've yet to find a decent coin shop in this city or the surrounding suburbs.

First off I'd like to say their product is good and fair prices. But they're running a stream on *******. And there was a confusion on a purchase on my part and I think it's a glitch with ******* sight I was bidding on a product at a $50 price point when I hit the button it jumped to $64 which I was not prepared for and did not expect I immediately ask for a cancellation of the purchase due to this fact that it was not the price point I was bidding at and was denied a refund or cancellation I think this is a bad business practice, I think it lacks integrity, and creates a non-trustful buying experience, I thought customers were supposed to be valued nowadays but apparently not. I even sent a direct message to them and they didn't have the courtesy to reply to me they just sent a denial of my request to ******* and then I got a secondary message not even directly from them. Sincerely very disappointed customer.

Do not give this guy any personal info like your name and number. He's the only one I ever gave it out to for silver purchase and he sold my info to other people around the states. Not trust worthy if this is the game he plays.
