My experience here as a Hispanic woman was atrocious. I had a 0900 appointment and when asked what time my appointment was I said 0900. She didn’t understand and someone else explained to her what I meant. But because she felt that I rolled my eyes at her which I didn’t she made me sit there in the waiting room 30 MORE minutes than when I arrived, took another appointment before me, then tossed my drivers license, and birth certificate at me. When I confronted her, her explanation as to why her customer service was this way was because I rolled my eye. WOW!

My wife and I had appointments at 1:30 and 1:40 today. After waiting five or ten minutes, we were helped and on our way. The lady doing the TSA review was all business and very efficient. Be sure to do the preliminary application on-line and also set your appointment.

Do not go to this location for TSA pre check. Absolutely terrible. Went there 4 times and they were not able to help me at all due to connection issues/appointment issues. For your own sanity, go anywhere else. I could have sat in a line at the airport for 2 hours and still wasted less time than dealing with this location.

Dishonest testing. Hair follicle test done twice with NO phone call from medical review officer. Office manger will not answer calls or emails. Had same test done at two different labs and they contradict the test at Drugtek. If I had the choice I would not use this dishonest lab especially when the office manager can’t answer emails or phone calls.

They they are not good company they don't resolve their drug test through the electronic electronically what I asked them to send email to my company they said they didn't do that what the hell is that I never heard that kind of situation and I want to ask them email to me they said they don't and they said they can email me in the mailbox and I got to pay $5 that's b*******.
