I own a dealer in Phoenix, AZ. Colin gave me a call about selling a truck from my dealership to his dealership. We went over some details ( I had accidentally posted the mileage incorrect in the fine print, but it was correct in the main advertisement). He asked me to waive our dealer fees (doc fee, title fee, roughly $650), which I couldn't on this one because I had so much interest in the vehicle (it sold within a day, with multiple people interested as backup purchasers). He became a little upset I wouldn't negotiate, then left me a 1 star review.

Collin was responsive, helpful, and flexible. After I bought my 2006 Honda Civic at a good price he still responded to all my questions and concerns. He really cares about making sure things are the best possible for his customers. Car runs great too! Very happy with my purchase. Recommend him highly!

Unlike other dealerships, drivers edge has quality cars and are very respectful ( felt like buying from a family member) Everything just felt right buying from here. They can also help you find the right vehicle for you even if they don’t have it!

Didn't even make it to the dealership. He was rude from the jump on Facebook Market. Told me "can't please everyone" because he could not properly communicate that he had time restrictions due to personal reasons. Was not flexible with time scheduling at all.Update: I guess the owner would also rather lie than just admit he was wrong. I never said "lol I guess." I asked what time would work and he was rude but it's okay as he said can't please everyone ?
