Over all the experience is alright. I was pushed to getting the membership a few weeks ago, and have been going once a week since. I just went today, and noticed scuff marks on my vehicle that wasnt there before while I was cleaning it offs. Maybe it is time to check that the brushes are still in good condition to ensure they’re not ruining paying customers’ vehicles. My boyfriend has also experienced deep scratches on his car that definitely wasnt there before until we started coming to RocketCarwash. As someone who works in Insurance, TO PAYING CUSTOMERS: I would recommend taking pictures of your vehicle prior to getting a carwash here at the event they do cause damage to your vehicle.
Also, I pay for the highest membership and the fact that the attendant didnt spray bug off anywhere else on my vehicle, but just the windshield is quite aggravating. I had to scrub and clean my vehicle’s exterior myself.

Paid $20 for the higher wash after a road trip and specifically asked the employee beforehand if it didn’t remove all the bugs if I could run through again and he assured me that wasn’t an issue and I could. Went through and sure enough, the entire front end of my car and top back end didn’t even appear wet or washed. I waited in line again just for another employee to tell me I couldn’t go through again, and I was told incorrectly. In his words “paying for a car wash doesn’t guarantee you’ll have a clean or fully washed car”. Considering the whole purpose to be there is for a clean car I was baffled. When I politely asked to speak with a manager he told me he was the manager and if I wanted to run through again I could buy a membership. After this experience and how crappy the wash was, why on earth would I want a membership to a car wash that won’t even clean my car? Complete waste of time and money. So if you’re looking for your car to be clean after a wash, I encourage you to go elsewhere.

Great car wash experience. Love the pressure washer pre wash and the cleaner by the vacuums. Feels more like gorilla car wash before they sold.

I arrived at Rocket carwash at 7:56pm on a Sunday.
All lanes were closed, a young man waved me off. Told me they are closed.
I expect them to honor their hours, which is 8pm.
I have had several billings issues with this company, but since they were near my home I decided to stay with them.
I'm cancelling my membership.
Russel Speeder who I have been with for years keeps emailing me, wanting my carwash $$.
I guess it's worth the drive.
