Today is Sunday 10/13/24. The store open at 9am. They were not open. I sat in parking lot as well as other customers. Everyone started to leave. Including me. The store lost so much money due to this bull. The sign on the store says 9 am. This is a newer store that comes with a lot of bull. How does that help our community? IT DOESN'T!!!!! Let another store open there that is reliable and can get things done in the community. I had to go to North 30 for my needs. Ridiculous!!!!! Dollar Tree been going downhill with high turnover rates. Dam shame. But you want our money but can't hold your part of the deal and open on time. Rumor has it that Manager left. Manager left community and workers to fend for ourselves. Not sure how many customers they lost, but I am one of them!!!!!

They never open the store on time they are always late 11:10 am and store closed on sunday

They were short staffed but the cashier was still very nice and friendly to each person greet them and made them feel as tho they were the most important person in the store. I hope she stays around.

One time I called and asked if a item is available as I had a friend who had a horrible toothache and was asking about their brand of pain relief like orajel was told that she was the only one there and she couldn't look for me which was understandable on the phone so I decided to drive there and find out there was four people working that night secondly I was here tonight and they were closed 10 minutes early with people walking around inside look like more than just staff and was told that they do I call 15 minutes before close and the rest was kind of an audible and didn't really understand point being is if you guys close at 8:45 at 8:45 on your doors and don't be letting other people shop in there or patronize the company that you know and not the public

Two workers told my wife she couldn't have her service dog in the store because he was scaring the guests, he's only 10 ibs and extremely well behaved, so not sure who he was scaring. We told them he's a service dog, they responded by saying my wife did not look disabled, we left without buying anything. My wife has mild cerebal palsy and has trouble keeping balance while she walks. The sign on the door said service dogs welcome, but I guess not for people with hidden disabilities, definitely won't be returning!

The last time I visited this store I gave it a poor rating, for some reason I poped in last
night I was shocked.
The store has been totally remodeled, no trip hazards new floors
also new manager and
employees.

Don’t bother coming on Saturday. Closed not enough employees too drunk to show up to work. Keeping up with the stereotype I see.

Good inventory supply for the things I needed. I love that they had leather and iron on sheets that work with my cricut machine.
