Yes, I shop at dollar tree store and sometimes I can have a great experience but I felt like this lady was surveillance us because of the color of my skins. Following me on every aisle. That made me feel uncomfortable because I'm a child of the Most High. So this experience kinda uncomfortable. 06/07/24. The atmosphere has changed, pray that it has changed in a positive way. Respect all as equally.

I was at the store today and when I went to checkout there were at least 8 people in line with one checker. I saw the manager come out of the office, ignore the line, and go back in the office. By the time I got to check out the line had grown to 15 people. I learned it was the checker’s first day. She made a mistake and called for the manager who yelled from the office “you have to be louder than that.” I called out loudly “there are 15 people in line.” The manager had not come out after 5 minutes and I left after telling the checker she’s doing a great job and needs to look for different employment immediately. That was a terrible way to treat the employer and customers alike. Do better.

So i'm giving it a 3 because while in the store, I was helped by a WONDERFUL gentleman & was given above & beyond service. There wasn't an option to fill out a survey, so I called the store because I wanted to talk to a manager to tell them what a great experience I had. I was very disappointed at how rude the manager was when I had called just to tell her how fantastic her employee was. I had just been in there, so I knew the store hadn't been busy, so I don't know why she was so kurt. What a bummer experience after such a great one! Management needs to take notes from the other employees

Do not go to this Dollar Tree unless you feel like getting yelled at by a cranky old cashier. The cashier was yelling at an Asian lady that was having trouble understanding her, then she yelled at the lady in line behind her to "stay out of it because she knows what she (the customer) is doing." I know it was busy but I would never tolerate that treatment of customers from any of my employees.

Often only one person working with shelves completely empty. Long line for checkout. Felt bad for the one employee that showed up to work.

Well, the store is quite a mess, BUT they do have a decent amount of the things I needed this trip. But what of really like to review is the out of town staff that was working tonight (Feb 11)
There were 2 super nice gals that traveled from West point dollar tree to help out and they were nothing short of pleasant. They were both constantly in any given aisle trying to get it back to organized instead of chaos, Great attitudes and happy to help in a quickness. Kudos to y'all and thanks for your patience!

This location always open and close whenever they want. I went at 6:30 on Saturday, the door locked with the sign said reopen on Sunday 10am.

Cashier today 10/27/23 @ 5.40pm was so rude.There was no one at the counter and she was standing and talking to someone in the office .I say "excuse me " and she shakes her head with an attitude and says a couple of time "Wait!!!." I mean I don't mind waiting ,but please lose the attitude
